This is my opinion of this company…read more They were supposed to begin installations in the work week beginning October 16th. They didn't even order the materials until October 18th. They delivered the materials October 24th, and started the installation on the 25th. The job, which was supposed to take three to four days, took over two weeks. The crew showed up any time between 7:30 and 11AM. The crew never cleaned up at the end of any of their work days. My wife and I had to clean up nails, trash, and shards of sheet metal for about an hour every day -- both morning and afternoon. The crew often tossed materials onto our walkways without concern whether we were there entering or leaving the house. They had to repaint our garage door because they damaged it. We had concerns about the crew's work on many occasions, but the management could not be reached while their crew was working. We had to leave repeated messages to get responses. Then, in the last few days of the construction, we had to call several times for them to finish their work. The crew just didn't seem to care about much. In all fairness, they gave us a discount of about 4% for our aggravation, and when completed, the work appeared to have been done adequately. One employee who does deserve a favorable review was Jason; he communicated professionally, and followed up on every commitment he made to us. As far as I am concerned, this is a horrible company, and except to call for them to live up to their warranties, I will never call them for anything.
