About 2 months ago, estimator Chandler gave us a quote. He was professional and thorough. We contacted Mullins a few weeks ago to proceed with the insulation. For some reason, Todd M. decided to come and requote the SAME work. Todd upped the price by a FULL 50% and didn't even look in the attic about the work needed! Mullins went from low bid to highest of the 3 bids! We chose All-Seasons Insulation and are very pleased with both the quote and the install.

He then told me that for that minimum, they could do a lot more while here. I was able to add my truss band in the basement staying in same cost. Wonderful to have honest and helpful people in trades. We agreed on work and cost, contract sent electronically. Mullins sent 2 guys out to perform the work.
