All the instructors are amazing and give you a great workout. There is a larger upstairs studio with heated wall panels for yoga, barre and mat Pilates. I have started other yoga programs before, but this is the only one I stuck with! The Level 1 is great for anyone who is interested in yoga (whether you have never done it before or used to practice a long time ago). The owner and instructor, Brooke, is very knowledgeable and personable. She welcomes questions and really individualizes each session to the students who are present. The studio is tucked back away from the street, with parking in the back. Just look for the Orange Crush sign and it's directly across the street. The studio consists of a spin studio (no bike reservations, so arrive early if you have a favorite) and an open fitness room with all the fun equipment (trx, med balls, bands, etc.). The bikes are pretty standard, with a digital read out, and are SPD compatible if you want to clip in. There are cubbies, benches, and wall hooks in the lobby area to store all of your things. The check in tablet is on the front desk right next to the towels (grab one, there aren't any in with the bikes!). There's also bathrooms and a shower out there. All of my classes have been with Ren, and she is amazing. Super motivating and made me feel like a regular on my very first visit!

I started out taking a class called Yin on Monday nights and fell completely in love with the studio! I try to get there about four or five times a week to do my Baptiste/Vinyasa flow classes! Monday night in classes are the best! They are a nice slow and deep gentle stretch which is the counterpart of the power class! All the classes are the best really!! Who am I kidding!? The teachers there are all extremely knowledgeable about yoga! Not to mention they are some of the friendliest people you'd ever want to meet! I just love my yoga community at Power Yoga Buffalo in East Aurora! I have only been practicing there for about five months but I firmly believe this is going to be a lifelong thing for me. The studio is well-equipped with 2 bathrooms and two changing rooms if you ever need to get there right after work or are not able to change before coming in. I prefer a quieter experience when I enter my yoga space, but that's me. The class itself was hatha so I wasn't expecting an experience where i would be dripping sweat, but this was a very gentle class...yes you can deepen the postures as you need to, but that was challenging when there were so many people in the class that we had little room to accommodate. There is a really beautiful alter that adds a lot to the atmosphere, along with plenty of props for use. There was restrooms and changing areas available as well.

Class size was very small-five including me of all shapes and sizes. The instructor gave modifications for beginners and advanced members. It was a relaxing yet thorough workout.
