It has been popular among locals since they opened in 2008. The prices are quite reasonable at $3 for 1 scoop and $4 for 2 scoops. Even banana splits are only $5. All prices include taxes! We had a 2-scoop cone: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Pralines & Cream. Both scoops were creamy and tasty. My son really loved them but I did manage to get a little bit of both flavours. There is some savoury food served too like hot dogs, fries, poutine, and coffees. It is owned by a husband and wife team: George and Irene. Both are very pleasant people. They love having fun signs such as: "adults must be accompanied by children" and "children left unattended in this store will be sold to the circus". You can only pay by cash or e-transfer. There is no phone number because I can see they are extremely busy. You can still contact them via social media. There are picnic tables outside. During pandemic times, all staff and customers wear face masks and there is plexiglass used. Only one family is allowed in the small order area at a time. Just outside the entrance, you can be entertained by a famous saxaphone player, Orlando (a Cuban), during nice the afternoons. Today (2021-09-05), we were lucky to also have a guest keyboardist also from Cuba. There is no free WiFi. It is wheelchair  accessible. You can use a washroom by request. The ice cream sold here is Kawartha Dairy, so that bit is pretty standard. But the servings are pretty big & a single is only $3 and a double $4, including tax. So it's cheaper than going to a Kawartha outlet They only accept cash & etransfer. The guy is pretty friendly, though there were some ice crystals in the ice cream.

The pandan isn't as strong as I expected so I didn't order it. I ended up getting the black sesame soft serve and a scoop of milk tea, both in cups. Cone are 25c more. Order more than $10 can also get a stamp and you get macaron once u get to 10 stamps. I think both the black sesame and milk tea had intense flavor but they aren't creamy enough and too sweet to my liking. And perhaps too many people order the milk tea so there wasn't too much left by night time and so it also accumulated some icy pieces. Mine got some icy bits. I still may go back to try other flavors. They have few seats both inside and outside and there's a little train table for kids to play too. Nice little spot to hang out during the summer time.

A group of us went down to the location on High Street and it's honestly such a better location. They have a nice view of the water and more seating outfront as well as behind the building. They extended their business with a hot dog cart out front called "Wienielicious" which let me tell you is a VERY fitting name. It was one of the best hot dogs I've had from a vender and for only 3$ it was absolutely filling. But of course we couldn't pass on ice cream either!! If you are in the area you definitely need to visit this shop the owners are always so friendly and cheery. They have a variety of ice cream flavours which can also be turned into a good milkshake. I love just sitting in their Muskoka chairs watching the river go by. Serving Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream, Moolicious has all of your classic flavours in a variety of sizes. Their serving are generous to say the least (they alone is worth a rare five stars), and the staff are super friendly. Offering ice cream and frozen yogurt there is something here for everyone. The next time I stop by I will need to check out the other store in the building - Georgina's local Board Shop.
