Best damn auto parts store in these parts probably state wide. I like the Coldwater road location…read moreit's the best, Jefferson and the other locations not so much. Coldwater rocks, new haven is pretty good too. Good selection on stuff, prices aren't bad, most stuff comparable to the other stores like Auto Zone, Advance. Motor oil prices and selection are pretty weak at O'reilly I will be honest here, but other then that especially for parts this is my go to Motor head and parts store. Very good store. Motor oil deals be up at Autozone, other then that highway robbery on 90% everything else. Parts O'reilly is number one for price and quality, then Napa. Motor Oil Wally World or Autozone when they got them clearance deals.

I contacted them they said they would need permission to release my things to me, (hence they were stolen from my car?) so I was able to contact someone above them and get my phones. when I got there it seemed they had put my number phones in water. it ridiculous how grown men will steal from a young woman. These things make me so sad and disappointed. my phone still work after a good rice bath lol!

The cost for the oil change was more than reasonable. (Note: Mercedes Dealership charges more than double for their oil changes and services). Now my new Mercedes service center.

My first visit to Kruse. Business is under new ownership…read more New owner was a long term employee of previous owner. Took my limo in for front end alignment. I had just rebuilt the front end. Car handles beautifully. wheel is perfectly level. While in shop Mechanic gravity bled the brakes. Now the pedal is nice and firm again. My alignment was $149 and bleed was $40.50 (he supplied the fluid). The owner runs the shop, and his sister runs the office. They both impressed me as intelligent and pleasant people. They both thanked me more than once for my business. I'll return again.

O2 Sensor was about $50 10 minute install and I just didn't have the time to do it so I took it there and explained what the code is and what the problem is and I asked if they could Confirm the code and replace O2 sensor for me. What I got was a bill for about $300 and some crap from an angry Roided out looking guy. All they did was install the O2 sensor. "They say that you can sheer a sheep sheep many times but you can only skin them once. Mills Auto sales. These guys are hacks. I bought a 2022 F-150 Ford tremor from them they did inform…read moreme that the vehicle was in an accident with front end damage but assured me that it was put back together professionally. Once I had the vehicle I started noticing lots of issues especially underneath of the hood All of the wiring under the hood was just hanging and dangling everywhere nothing was put back into the push clips fenders were completely loose and missing bolts, headlights broken and missing bolts, The entire front bumper was loose and missing bolts, headliner was taken down and not reinstalled correctly missing bolts, most of the paint work they did is peeling because they did not prep the areas properly just painted over clear coat, and so many other problems I've only had the truck for about 5 months and I keep finding more and more stuff wrong as does the Ford dealer when I take it in for service. Would not recommend buying or doing any business with these people. Dishonest they try to put a Band-Aid on shit and get it out the door quickly no pride in what they do.
