The first couple visits there there were several bikes that I was interested in but none seemed to really grab me and fit me as a rider and the riding I plan on doing. I appreciated the time they took to get to know me and the bikes and types of riding I wanted to do. They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences. Motosport was unwilling to help me figure out what the problem was or do anything about it when it was the same day!! Needless to say, I called Bill's, and brought my bike in the next day. They used the factory warranty to replace my muffler which was left with packing in it, free of charge!! They even hooked it up on some new gear at a discounted rate! Bill and his team are always very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable whenever I call! As a woman I have been treated poorly by the bigger dealers and Bill's always takes great care of me! 10/10 will be a repeat customer for life!

Before you walk out with your sweet new ride, they do a thorough run down of everything you need to know, from what bolts to double check after the first ride, what each switch does if you haven't had a certain brand before or even if you have just in case, how to optimize and keep the system running healthy, and of course the basics you need to know to ride. You leave feeling confident, and even if questions arise later they ensure they are only a call away and eager to assist. This was our first time here and it definitely won't be the last.

He went on to tell me that I could come in and sit on them and he could tell me about them because he had ridden them. Are you kidding me? Just go to Cascade Moto instead. Staff is friendly you can test ride bikes and it's literally across the street from this horrible dealership. Crazy to be expected to buy a motorcycle without a test ride.

Cycle gear and other…read moreshops usually have a 2-7 day wait list running $60-$80 for front&rear tire change & balance. Guys at MWarehouse took time out of their busy day to finish my balance for me and did it within the hour. Only $12 for a balance but they were nice enough to do it free of charge. I checked their work at home and the tire had a "true balance" so I can say this shop will do it the right way. They won't give tires back with a slow drift that's "good enough" like a lot of shops will. Will come back here if needed.

Not too many places can you say you bought the bike from the owner of the business. Second, think of a throw back motorcycle shop from the 60's or 70's, this is the epitome of old school bike shops. Fred has a small business and stores his bikes in 3-4 storage units which are full of bike stuff, and where he keeps his inventory. Based on other reviews if you are expecting a Harley Davidson dealership experience, with mopped floors that have been painted, fancy countertops and awesome displays, you should just visit those showrooms. When you do and that experience is worth it to you, that is why you pay 20-30% more to buy used bikes from them. Nothing wrong with it, just understand that those shiny big buildings and large workforces cost money. Here was my experience. Fred and I came to terms and he sold me a CVO RoadGlide, and I love it. Fred held the bike for a week, I flew into town, and we had a handshake deal. The bike was exactly what Fred described, flawless. This was a no pressure sales experience and Fred helped me. Fred had a couple of other buyers contact him and he still held it for a week, no deposit, just a verbal agreement. Try that at your Harley dealership...tell them to hold a discounted bike for a week without a deposit and see what happens. You should probably wear a hidden camera when you do it, they will laugh you out of the building. Let's not be too picky about the hours - Fred responds to email, text messages and phone calls. He is a one man business - so please give Fred some space to have lunch, go to the bathroom, and run some errands. Best to make an appointment and be on time. Back in the 60's and 70's if you made an appointment by phone you kept it. That is the same Vibe here. They did say they were short handed, but there were only two other customers in the place...
