I am copying my review from Nina Benuik's OTHER account page on Yelp, since she is still listed at her OLD office. But she is now at this office. BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE.
This woman is absolutely INSANE. I called her to sell my 250k property, and unbeknownst to me my number showed up as unknown on her caller ID. I found out though because the second she answered she started yelling at me "WHO IS THIS" and being extremely disrespectful. I tried telling her who I was, and she continually talked over me. I then called her back to tell her I want an apology or I will be leaving a bad review, and she then started BLAMING ME for calling under a non-disclosed number - which I did not do. I called her from my cell phone, like a normal person. For whatever reason my number did not show up.
She was condescending, rude, and completely lacks any character to admit that what she did was wrong. Nina - you do not get to treat people badly because you assume they are the "IRS" which you apparently have issues with seeing as you said that is who you thought was calling. Next time, try to show some courtesy until you know who IS calling. It might be a client with a property like me.
EDITED TO ADD: I just got off of the phone with her manager Rodolphe Brun who DEFENDED Nina because he had not yet spoken to her. Nina has lied about her current office of employment, threatened to contact the FBI because I reported her for lying of her place of employment, and her employer has no intentions of taking any sort of disciplinary action against her.
THIS ENTIRE OFFICE IS A MESS. BEWARE. I am thankful to say I have another agent to work with at this point at a different company at this point, and if 3 dot wants my review removed then they need to properly address the issues stated here. Defending a mentally unstable woman who threatens the FBI on people who expose her for lying is beyond sick. I can't imagine how they do business on properties.
EDITED TO ADD: Since the Broker is now calling my review frivolous, I would like to add that I DID tell her my name and why I was calling once Nina stopped yelling at me thinking I was the IRS, She assumed that as soon as she answered the call. You are a liar Rodolphe, and I intend to follow up with this review for a long time since you have now taken the time to LIE and DEFEND a woman like Nina, who threatened to contact the FBI on me when I reached out to her on simple terms. This is ridiculous sir you need to reconsider your career path if you think this is going to get your business. read more
