Recently she has helped me sell my home and was there with me (even cried with me) when I sold and said good bye to my last home. I have recommended her to my family and friends and she has treated them like she was working with HER friends or family. I trust her and would recommend her to all.

We had a great experience selling our home with Tony, who gave us professional and realistic advice…read morefrom the first meeting, and made the process as easy as humanly possible for us. We are co-owners, who live out of state (in separate states), and had SO MANY questions, took a while to respond to everything, and weren't very good at answering the phone. Tony was super patient with us and our late night texts and emails and the house closed within 6 weeks of listing. His laid back nature also made this a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend Tony for anyone looking for an agent in the area.

We had been looking at houses in another part of Florida when we saw an open house in Palm Coast…read morethat appeared to meet our needs. We attended the open house and after discussion decided we wanted to look at it again with a Realtor. Since the Realtor we had been using did not cover Palm Coast he referred us to Tony Garren. Tony contacted us a short time after being given the referral and agreed to show us the house we were interested in along with a few others in the area. Tony set the appointments up quickly and we were able to look at the house the next day. Since we were traveling and needed to meet family in another state we told Tony we were interested in the house would let him know if we decided to make an offer. The next day we called Tony and informed him we were interested in making an offer on the house. Since we were traveling Tony prepared the offer and delivered it to us electronically so we could sign electronically and he could present the offer. During the entire time we were negotiating for the house we were traveling and Tony was able to deal with the other realtor and provide documents to us digitally in order for the purchase to continue without us returning to Florida. After the offer was accepted Tony assisted in obtaining the inspections needed and coordinating with our mortgage lender to ensure the purchase proceeded smoothly. Tony displayed a high degree of professionalism and customer service in his assistance to us while we went through the process of finalizing our purchase of a new home. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone who asked about his service.

His clients would be shocked at his amateur behavior. He is also creepy when he lies. He changes the deal and the price every few hours. He acts desperate like he has no money.
