Service is terrible and you can't convert remote to manual ! trying to keep up with charging 20 windows is a bit much:/

Rep came 6 weeks ago and still not done. We ordered one blind for 1700 crazy expensive but we thought because of the 3 day policy. Today installer was here but did not have the top portion of the blind. Worst company I've ever delt with in some time. Please do your research, that's why they are a 1.8 on yelp. I loved Three Day Blinds. The decorator/sales person came to ml house. The time was confirmed many times. She helped me find the right curtains and explained everything. The installer came even sooner than expected and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. Teresa read more

Do not buy from 3 Day Blinds. After your check clears they are done with you. The product only works for a short while and the repair process is a joke (a long joke). Not worth the money or the aggravation. I am still waiting for my repairs. read more

WORST COMPANY. LIARS!! Came to my house when I was not home and told my wife they would do a soft inquiry on our credit to see if we qualify for service. Turns out to be a HARD inquiry that can't come off my credit, dropping my score that I have been working to repair after the purchase of our first home. I don't learn any of this until I get a bill in the mail from Greensky Loan. They took the loan out and used the money without my consent! After I complained and said to cancel it the hit on my credit stayed and they lied about it, saying we knew what it was at the time we "took out the loan." Liars, thieves, horrible business. Reporting them to Better Business Bureau. Read other reviews all 1 star! read more

In-home saleslady tells me AFTER she electronically cleared my check that the usual installer is away and they are using a subcontracted person. That guy shows up with an attitude and cursing under his breath in front of my kids because he has issues with the installation. Also he sneakily left after installing a broken wand for blinds he haphazardly tried gluing together so it fell off after he left. We called to complain and they send him back (lucky us) and he said "I thought that might happen." Find out 3 months later when a roller shade chain broke that the saleslady left the job after 3 months. They replaced the chain but it broke again another 3 months later and they said they would have to charge us. I bought a sturdier replacement from Amazon and 3 years later it's still good. I wouldn't recommend this company to the worst neighbor. read more

Very happy with our recent experience with this company! The rep who came to our house was very helpful. She told me up front that it was going to take a week-- not t 3 days, which is very understandable this year. When the price for what I wanted (top down bottom up cordless roman shades) came to a much higher total price than I was expecting, she was able to lower the price by hundreds of dollars by offering me an extended wait time for delivery. I agreed, paid, and then was happily surprised to find the blinds arriving 2 weeks sooner than expected. The installer was great, and came back a week later as soon as I requested, to adjust the installation on two windows,slightly. I'd definitely do business with them again. My rep was out of Meriden, and I live in Branford, their installer is from Newington). read more

Absolutely the worst company to do business with. Their "all inclusive price" is anything but. They hit you up with extra fees after giving you a price if they need to use a step ladder to measure. They certainly don't "meet your unique wants and needs". We waited 3 months not 3 days no call backs long ways on their phone cue. Dropped calls, unresponsive employees etc. save your time and energy and avoid this business! read more

These blinds do not keep light out!! I have to staple my curtains to the window frame and it doesn't keep the light out from the top of blind. These shades are not made for Anderson windows and we should of been told this being paying 2,300 dollars about a year ago for 6 blinds. I care for a disabled person who's room has the shades in it and no matter what I do the sun comes in and I have a blackout curtain covering these also. I would think black out blinds would stop almost all light from coming in. Needless to say I am not happy with my expensive purchase and tired of waking up myself with the sun in my face! read more

I purchased a condo and needed all new window treatments. Saw a coupon advertising 3 day blinds. Called the number and scheduled a consultation. A week later,met Leigh. It was like meeting an old friend. She was friendly,knowledgeable and extremely helpful.Needless to say my new shades were installed shortly after. I don't know why it isn't possible to leave zero stars. This is the worst company in the world. I ordered in November and don't have my order in June. Having to contact a company called 3DAY blinds seven months later to try and get you order is offensive. What ever you do don't let these people in your home they are horrible people to deal with. read more

Needed blinds and shades at the last minute and found Diane Duffy at 3 Day Blinds through a Google search. I called the 800# and the rep was stellar! Extremely polite and proactive. She went above and beyond to get Diane to my house that very same day. Diane arrived on time, measured, had all the samples you could hope for, took the order for 11 windows and sliding doors, placed the order on her laptop while sitting in my kitchen, and then it was like magic... the blinds all came in in under 3 days! The installer called, scheduled, showed up and hung everything. BUT that is where the good ends! Placed a second order for more blinds and they came in with the wrong measurements, TWICE. It took almost three months - not 3 days, along with multiple calls and emails to get things straightened out. While that was happening a third order was placed for a single bathroom shutter. That too came in made to the wrong size and style. Re-ordered and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally received a call stating that they could not fabricate the shutter to the correct size and suggested a different window treatment. I declined and asked for a refund. I was promised a refund and no refund was received. It has been 6 months since the shutter was ordered and I have chased these guys long enough for so many things and I have had it. Emails now go unanswered and calls not returned. DO NOT do business with this company! They wow you up front then drop the ball and avoid accountability.
