This place has really gone down hill. We used to go here all the time but the service and products have been greatly lacking over the past year. I tried it out agin today. When I went in there were three employees and one customer. Everyone ignored me for a decent amount of time. I just walked out. When I called to talk to a manager about it they put me on hold for 5 minutes and when I called back they wouldn't pick up the phone. What a joke way to run a business . Good Experience at West Cliff Wellness on a Sunday afternoon. I wasn't planning on stopping in, but another store was low on inventory. Chill, yet professional, experience, no hype, boutique-like atmosphere. My new go-to shop, first on the list. Friendly people, they listen, they seem very smart, overall. This shop seems well-run and its very clean with good lighting. Its more comfortable, compared to other cannabis shops. There seems to be negative ratings, which caused me to not go in there sooner. I recently went there to buy some Live Rosin. I love the location and the staff was friendly. It is nice and clean in there. At first it seemed like they had a good selection of extracts. They only had the 3 Bros brand of live rosin which was fine. I bought the SD and the GMO. I spent top dollar at $70 + tax making it less than 710 or Frosty but since it was their house brand at their own shop I figured there was no distribution fee in the middle and I was getting top quality at a lesser prove buying direct. Well I was DEAD WRONG. I almost cried when I opened the boxes and saw the color. They look terrible. The SD looks like something was wrong their harvest so they decided to freeze it last minute and salvage it with overpriced Rosin. They did not cultivate the flower fir Live Rosin, harvest when the trichomes are white etc. the GMO looked less green and gross but still dark and greenish not blonde or white. Sad to say I bought some Pappa and Barkley live rosin that blew the Bros out of the water which is embarrassing since Pappa is a Balm that is r plotting other SKU's like Heavy Hitters selling weed, but the Bro's are supposed to be heads! Well I just got played by the Bro's and I will be ordering from Chai or Curbstone next time. read more

Alright, so my husband and I live in Denver aka the Center of the Marijuana Universe, so I give this place 4 stars for California standards *not* Colorado standards. I'm comparing to other places I went to in CA, not the gems in CO. Caveat aside... The concept is a cannabis market, so you even get a little basket. Kitschy, but cute. They have a pretty good amount of goods and even a window into what I believe is part of their grow. The reason I'm docking a star is because our budtender just wasn't that knowledgable. She popped up behind us as we were looking at their packaged flower (I learned that unlike CO, you cannot interact with flower in CA) and asked us if we need anything. We asked about some strains, but all she provided were the couple-few key words each is labeled with--no depth, no further insight. We went over to the counter to discuss pre-rolls. We told her precisely what we wanted in both a Sativa and an Indica--again, we live in CO and know our stuff. She claimed she smoked a few, but again, she was unable to give us an explanation of what the high was like for any strain. I get anxious with some racy Sativas, so I'm careful about what I buy. She had to ask her co-worker who led us in the right direction. We also told her we weren't interested in kief-infused joints, but after a few minutes of discussing, she must have forgotten, because we discovered that we had indeed purchased kief-infused joints--all 4. Sigh... So, we couldn't smoke but more than a couple puffs at a time because they were so darn strong. Anyway, they were still tasty and did the trick! Things I hope they work on as they expand: - I don't appreciate budtenders popping up at every turn asking if I need help like eager Oompa Loompas all over the Chocolate Factory, but this is more a management quirk I hope they smooth out ASAP. - I had to leave my purse on a very exposed magazine rack in the front. With more traffic in the store, I would have been *very* nervous. They need more of a system with checking bags... Also, it's a purse, guys, not a backpack--come on. read more

I went in the store for the first time last night. I was looking for something specific, and I explained to a staff member who offered to help. He recommended a product that cost about $80. When I got home, I opened the package and the product was absolutely not what I was looking for. I called and asked if I could exchange the product (unused) for the correct item. I was told that there were no exchanges for any reason. In this case, I would not have purchased the product if the staff member hadn't advised that it was what I was looking for. I am unsatisfied with their customer service, and I would not recommend them to others. read more

After talking to staff at west cliff wellness, they got super defensive and told me to talk to the concentrate brand directly. Gave me no contact info jus sent me out the door.
