The man (sorry don't remember his name) who installed the product did a wonderful job. installing the new flooring and removed the carpet that was being replaced. There was no trace of any trash, dirt or prior carpet left at my home. He made sure that the floor was level before installing the product. I was able to go to work and felt comfortable not being home while the flooring was being installed. The installer contacted me when he was just about finished and waited for me to return so that he could go over the installation with me. Smooth process from the beginning to the end.
