I could've…read moresworn I left a review years ago upon my first visit in 2018. what I appreciate most about this location of CrossFit, is the community feel. i've never felt anything less than accepted, welcomed, and encouraged, to continue coming to class, and to work well throughout my exercise and experience, without feeling like someone is excessively pushing me.. Hector is phenomenal! His patience is through the roof, he is more than willing, calm and collected well demonstrating what and how to achieve the best results. Whether it is an introduction to a new move, or going over something that I forgot. It is very affordable, I have the unlimited class option. Should also mention that I enjoy all of the events and gatherings too besides classes. I'm never up early enough to experience class with Laura, but whenever I have met and spoke with her, she to make the experience enjoyable. They are all very knowledgable and can adapt any workout to meet your current needs and goals. I was able to workout through 2 pregnancies until the week of delivery without any discomfort and credit how quickly I was able to recover from both deliveries to Body Dynamics. I have moved 3 times since starting to work out with them and continue to drive 30 minutes away because I love them SO much!! I highly recommend them.
