I went in their Stanton location today to sell 2 nylon bags. One was a Longchamp Le Pliage bag that I had for approx 1 month & the other was a Tory Burch Ellla nylon bag that I haven't used in a couple of years but was still in good shape & stored well w/stuffing to maintain its shape along with a dust bag cover. My receipt says the clerk is Kai R.....I filled out their form and she told me the wait will be 15-20 min and she will call me. I left & waited over 1/2 hr....she NEVER called me. 1. The Longchamp bag original priced at $140 .....(no tears/no fading/dark purple color.....wanted to give me $4.00 2. The Tory Burch Ella nylon bag orig price approx $200..wanted to give me $6.00. I told her I would not accept $10 total for those bags & she asked me what I would take it for....I told her $25 total (which is still lowball) but she would not accept $25.00.... I would rather give away both bags for free that accept her stupid/insulting offer. This place is a joke and I will NEVER do business with them to sell or buy. Buyer/Seller BEWARE. I came with some designer items and men's clothes that were all over $300 original price and they tried to off me 10cents on 2pieces and $1 on two other pieces I brought a Fendi clutch that's over $800 original price and fairly new with original packaging and authenticity they offered $160 lol I wasted over an hour of waiting for these silly prices read more

Workers were super helpful. The Security Guard too is super kind and helpful. Large selection of itsms, somewhat expensive but that is expected from a consignment thrift store. was able to find some good pieces for only $5-$12. read more

This place is a complete joke. I came in with a tub of brand new items with tags on it. I also had a garbage bag full of brand new purses from guess, an almost brand new coach, brand new Victoria's Secret collectible bags. they said they were pretty busy and they would probably take a few hours before they went through my stuff when they finally went through my stuff they barely looked through anything I had brand new dresses brand new Cammies from Torrid in like size 14, supposedly they accept plus size clothes, but when I asked her why she didn't even look at 3/4 of what I brought in and she said she already had a ton of this stuff I had a bunch of brand new Victoria's Secret stuff as well. I went through that whole store. There was nothing from Torrid. There was nothing from Victoria's Secret, and there was very little plus size anything in the women's department you could only find maybe extra large in the men's so I believe they discriminate against plus size because I have awesome stuff but they can suck it because I'm gonna put my stuff for sale on posh don't waste your time here I couldn't believe how old and crusty and disgusting some of the things they had for sale were and they didn't even wanna look at my brand new things. Stupid millennials morons running the store. So I took the stupid $33 they offered me for the coach bag and a few other items they kept bunch of idiots. I had thousands of dollars worth of wonderful beautiful brand new merchandise. Oh well their loss. I just thought I'd check it out hopefully they would be reputable and reasonable but nope!!!!! First of all, the clothes are too overpriced for something that is cheap quality. Even the shoes smelled terrible and had rips. But it was one of the worst thrift stores ive ever been to. the workers look at you as if they are judging you. they give such bad glares, especially the girl with burgundy hair. I was doing nothing wrong and she gave me the most nasty fugly look ever. she had accused me of doing something wrong even if no one said anything nor did i actually do anything. Second of all, once I tried on a few of the hats and accessories they made my body irritated. Now i may have lice and im not over exaggerating because a bug fell off my hair. The caps made my eyes, head, and face very itchy, this place is not sanitary at all. And when I went to try on an outfit and asked a friend to help me, the girl in the red hair was very rude and restricted her from helping me. That employee was extremely impolite when she said that, it wasn't at all professional. Again I have never seen cheap clothes priced at such a high rate. It is a rare occasion to even find something decent looking here. Moreover, I was intending to buy some clothing items, but the worker has complained us about messy around. Ripped us off... 50c for a 150$ Levi jacket, in good condition only used 3 times, in this economy is wild. They gave us no explanation as to why they offered so little for our clothing which was in good quality and good brands. Do not sell your clothes here. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME to try and come here and sell anything. I came in today to sell Nike Dunk Low Georgetown's, only worn AT MOST 4 times, still in good condition and very clean. I got them for $200 and I came in thinking I could at least get an offer for over $70, $50 at the least. I came in and they told me they'd call in 30-40 minutes...I waited over an hour. I ended up walking back into the place after an hour because they did not call, and they closed in nearly 30 minutes. It takes over an hour to inspect 1 pair of shoes? One of the workers who inspected the shoes themself came up to me and told me they finalized their offer for the shoes. I went to the front counter and he proceeded to tell me that they could offer $15.....ridiculous. I immediately said never mind, thanked them, grabbed the shoes and walked out. These shoes were in better condition than some of the shoes they had there that were being sold for no less than $70. Everything is overpriced and most items are not in good condition (rips, stains). read more

Great place to shop but "not to sale" . I took 4 bags of cloths mostly jeans & sweaters they wanted to buy about 80% of the cloths for $12 . I'm not sure if they give a better prices for shoes or purses . But I wouldn't recommend selling your cloths here it's like 10cent for 1 item or $1 . I end up taking all my cloths back better to donating it to friends/family or try to sale it online . read more

I've sold my clothes from brands/designers like Hysteric Glamour, PPFM, Alexander McQueen, Undercover, and Helmut Lang here a couple of times. It's the ONLY consignment store I will ever sell to because of the amazing prices. I've also sold non-big brands, and I STILL get good money for them. The prices for their gently used designer items are pretty good. The store is well-organized, and the staff are AMAZING. If you're in the OC area or at Rodeo 39, you should definitely check them out! read more
