There are no steps but the sidewalk takes you around the edge of the grassy area so you have to walk a little further. If you park in the rear of the building in the larger parking lot the walk is a bit longer but more direct. Once inside, the lobby is small but the large display counter shows the variety of options available. There was someone working in the back who came out as some as I entered. It appeared he was the only worker at that time so you may need to wait a moment if they are busy in the back. Either way, the cookies are definitely worth a short wait. They are large and there is a large variety of flavors sure to pique your interest. The prices are as would be expected, and the freshness was evident in the first bite.
