We visited during lunch hours and noticed there were no other customers dining in at the time. Despite our children politely saying hello, we received no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. When we inquired about the lunch specials and asked if it would be possible to substitute Yuka sushi with avocado and cucumber rolls, the person at the front desk became visibly irritated. As we were about to place a to-go order, we asked for some water -- a seemingly simple request that caused the staff member to become outright furious. What happened next was completely unacceptable. While my daughter was finishing her water, the staff member suddenly shouted at us to "GET OUT." I asked him to repeat what he said, and he yelled again, escalating the situation. I even offered to pay for the water, but he continued to scream aggressively. This experience was not only unprofessional, it was outright hostile. No one should be treated this way in any establishment, let alone in a place of hospitality. Based on this encounter, it is clear that this individual lacks the temperament and customer service skills necessary to work in the food industry. Not a very great ambiance or atmosphere.
