Several weeks later, after several unreturned calls, find out they had gone out of business, then in bankruptcy. Any outlet location we go to or call, doors are locked and calls go to voicemail. They were supposedly bought by Johnson Equipment. Went by there today and the location has a for lease sign and there's nothing but a desk inside. I guess you only need a desk and phone to steal. Couldn't find various sizes .. I did find a few T-shirts in my kids size.. wish they had a better inventory.. pricing was OK.. billing and checkout was quick. They had a lot of other merchandise and soccer World Cup T-shirt, T-shirts.. they were going for decent discounts because the World Cup was coming to close.. overall good experience, but I just wish they had more sizes in their stock..

Evidently no one has told the marketing department about the amount of money cheerleaders spend. Even if cheer is not a major focus for them, I believe they could do better than so few items that would barely fill an aisle end cap.

On entry to the store we were met by the store manager, Robert Morgan. We enjoyed everything about this guy... He was so fun to talk to and so interesting while he helped us find the best solution in a recumbent bike for me. We picked the Hoist Lemond Trainer. I LOVE IT! We scheduled delivery in just a few days. Tim, our brilliant delivery technician ( gentle giant ),arrived on time and got us all set up in no time! I got my first session in that same day! Again, I LOVE IT! Only one tiny hiccup I couldn't figure out why the heart rate wasn't coming on. I called Robert, our store manager, he took time out of his Saturday to swing by to show us where the wire in back of seat had simply unplugged. We were so grateful for Robert and Tim for their help and the integrity of their work. Highly recommend and will do business with them again.

My nordicktrack warranty sent this company out to fix my elliptical. The incline was malfunctioning…read moreso the tech fixed it, all while telling me how his bosses tell him if the problem is not what was previously diagnosed he is supposed to just act like he's doing somethingto the machine even if he isn't. Very unprofessional. I get on the machine that night and now the resistance is broken. I call back and request a different tech but they send the same one. He is so uneducated he is watching YouTube videos trying to figure out how to put my machine together and ends up shorting out my homes electricity when he plugged his phone into the outlet while the machine was also plugged it. At this point my fiance is irritated and understandably so.. and this tech leaves the house with my elliptical unable to even power on. When I keep pressing nordicktrack to send a new tech and resolve the situation suddenly this tech makes up a story to save his job saying I have illegal substances and he felt unsafe in the home when I have two children and nothing of the sort in my home.. he saw a clean tobacco pipe on the dresser that my fiance made since his career is glassblowing. What a joke! Now I have a fully broken elliptical because of this incompetent tech and nordicktrack won't send anyone back out over these false claims. If these people are servicing your warranty, try to look into other options because obviously nordicktrack doesn't pay them well enough to care about customer service in these instances. Update: I was contacted by Chase concerning this review and after some explaining on both ends he agreed to notify me when he could come make the situation right by buying the elliptical his previously employed tech broke because he will definitely be able to fix it and resell it. A week later and still waiting for a call back and Chase who has since gone back on his word and is trying to remove my honest rating of how I was treated. Seems like every level of tech, manager and owner of this company have no morals. Update 6/16/2021 Sir, you called me asking how to get the rating removed and offered to send a different tech out behind nordicktracks back for no charge and make me pay for the parts. When I asked my spouse and he declined, I offered for you to come get this paperweight, expecting you to offer the $300 value of this visit you were willing to sacrifice to fix an elliptical your tech broke.. I never said any figure and honestly just wanted it gone since it's now worthless to me. Sorry you didn't have the respect to call back and tell me you'd rather not come to a resolution and go behind my back to remove the rating anyways how I suspected you would after the tone at the end of our call when you didn't get the solution you desired.
