An extremely nice gentleman stopped to check on us and gave us B&J Tire info. Now we're covered triple with roadside assistance between Forest River, Good Sam and our own personal auto insurance but at the nice mans recommendation, we decided to just call this company up SO GLAD we did! Brandon arrived within 15-20 minutes of us calling, did an expert job of changing out the tire quickly, resecured our blow out tire (up under our TT) and even tied up some metal parts of the underbelly that got damaged. Extremely friendly, efficient and only charged us $100. hoping we never have another issue but if we do and we're passing through- this company will get our business.

He was kind, courteous, professional, honest and entertaining! He was reasonably priced and saved us! We were passing through town when our car broke down. Due to Covid everything was closed so we stayed the night. We found C&L online and called early the next morning. We told him we thought the alternator was out, he was out traveling to get parts for another car and while he was driving asked about the car, told me where to find the information he needed to check on parts and said he'd call me back. Shortly he called back and said he could get the part, explained he needed to finish the car he was working on, gave me a timeline. We met at his shop a bit later, he was ready for us, promptly checked the battery and found it bad. He called for parts (battery and alternator) and parts arrived very quickly. He put the battery in then tested the alternator and found it bad as well. He began work and we were fixed and on the road early afternoon. I can't say enough good things about our experience. We were grateful to have found him, it made a bad situation temporary. Thank You!!!

A Lifesaver on Our Journey Home!…read more On our way back from a family vacation, we hit a bump in the road--literally. Around 5 PM, our car started vibrating, and with daylight fading, we needed help fast. My wife quickly found C & L Auto on Google, and the glowing reviews gave us hope. We pulled in, unsure of what to expect. Enter Chris--a true professional and an even better human being. Within minutes, he diagnosed the issue, but unfortunately, the parts wouldn't arrive before closing time. That's when Chris went above and beyond. Seeing we were stranded in an unfamiliar town with three kids in tow, he personally drove us to a nearby Super 8. No hesitation, no fuss--just genuine kindness. He even recommended a few local spots to grab dinner, which turned out to be great. The next morning, right on cue at 9:30, Chris called to say our car was ready. Not only was the service fast and flawless, but the price was also incredibly fair--he could've charged more, but he didn't. Chris didn't just fix our car--he restored our faith in good people. If you're ever in the area and need auto help, C & L Auto is the place to go. Five stars aren't enough!
