B & J tire service came to the rescue of three elderly people yesterday traveling back to DFW from Colorado. The motor home had a blow out on the inside tire just outside of Quanah, Texas. We pulled into a gas station and looked up tire service. We called B & J Tire Sevice. Thomas answered and asked the tire size (which he had in stock) and then asked if we could drive 1/2 mile to his shop. We thought we could and headed that way. Just at the corner we pulled into an empty lot and we had another blowout. Now we are stuck. We called Thomas and he said he would come to us. He arrived and started working. Since we had two flats on the same side of the RV he had to use two jacks to raise it up enough to get the tires off. Once completed we asked Thomas to check the other side tires and guess what? The other inside tire was blown and it's outside tire had a bubble on it and was about to blow. We needed two more tires. We retained all the bad tires for possible warranty from defective tires. Needless to say all we could see were dollar signs going off in our heads because we had to get four new tires. This is the best part of the adventure. B & J are more than honest and hard working. They replaced all four tires, mounting all, and checking the remaining two for a price that I swear had to be a mistake. It was TOO LOW. We asked to be sure it was the right price and they said it was. They even apologized that they had to charge $10 for mounting each tire. B & J Tire service were angles sent from heaven. They had every opportunity to take advantage of us but DID NOT. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. PS. If I lived closer to Quanah I would buy every tire from B & J Tire Service for the rest of my life. read more

My tire blew out at 11pm on a Monday night, and AAA informed me that none of their drivers were available... As two young women stranded out here and 3 hours away from home, this was terrifying. Luckily, B&J were open 24 hours, answered on the first ring, and were able to bring a fire TO US and fixed it on the spot. We originally were going to be stranded for 2+ hours in the middle of the night but Brandon at B&J had us back on the road in not even 30 minutes. On top of all of that, the price we paid was so low I was honestly astonished. I can't thank Brandon enough for his help, his empathy and enthusiasm to do so, and his promptness. I would highly recommend B&J! read more

Kudos to B&J Tire Service in Quanah Texas. My wife was traveling from Fort Wirth to Amarillo and kept having to stop to get air in her tire. She stopped at a Walmart in Wichita Falls and they told her it would be 2 hours before they could get to her. I called B&J and told them our problem and they were standing outside their store flagging my wife down. Took them ~10 minutes to get her back on the road. It's great to hear that there are still businesses/people that still care about others. Thanks again B&J Tire Service! read more

These guys are awesome! We went to them to see if they could fix our exhaust. We recently had a blown tire and when it blew it caused our exhaust pipe to lower. They quickly fixed it with no charge. Then we asked if they had any tires that would fit our our rear tires and they did. They unmounted, replaced, stretched, and remounted them. Then shortly after we left our tire became low. They drove out and replaced it for free. The guys there are extremely kind, friendly, and hard working. Highly recommend read more

Five stars! Unknowingly had a small rock stuck in my brake pad & it was making a horrific noise while driving through Quanah. Called them to see if they worked on Subaru's because another location told me no & not to bother coming in. They were friendly and fixed the issue (took off wheel, got the rock out of the pads & replaced the wheel) and didn't even charge me! This is what small, town great service is all about. Thanks B & J! read more

We were coming back from vacation and our trailer tire blew out. We would have been stranded if not for this shop. Even though we had called after dark the service was extremely nice and easy to get ahold of. The guy providing the service did a great job helping us put on our new tire all in good time and for a great price. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. read more

We were on our way back from Colorado to Texas when the battery in our Jeep died on us. Brandon, who was just filling up his truck behind us at the gas station, stopped to help us and gave us a jump enough to get us to the next store to buy a battery replacement. He noticed right off that it was the battery and not the starter and was very kind to us. read more
