Needless to say, we needed it replaced quickly, professionally, and with as little disruption as possible because the customer was understandably not happy. Eddie came through completely. Then we had our own glass disaster at home. A bird flew into one of our high-end, double-pane French doors and shattered the glass. The manufacturer told us the glass couldn't be replaced and that we would need to replace the entire door. Thankfully, my husband called Eddie. Eddie and his team were able to replace the glass beautifully and literally saved us thousands and thousands of dollars. Finding him has been an absolute godsend. Beyond the quality of the work, Eddie is professional, communicative, shows up when he says he will, and delivers exactly what he promises. What more can you ask for? We are so happy we found Highland Park Glass. We will recommend Eddie and his team to all of our friends and family and absolutely use them again. Most offered the same type of products just from different manufacturers. This company had a very reasonable prices which was lower than most of the competition with the same or better warranty and quality of product. They were able to customize the glass for a few of the windows for my situation having artificial turf. But the windows are still California compliant and passed inspection for the permit. The installation was completed in one day. They did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed. I recommended them to a few co workers at the office.

So in 2026 I called Marco again for a bedroom window and a patio sliding glass door in an almond color to satisfy my HOA. Marco made an appointment to come out for a measurement I gave him a check for a deposit and 3 weeks later he had my windows. Marco and his team came out on 3/18/2026 and installed the door and window they did an excellent job. I waited for a few weeks before leaving a review, it had rained for a few days a 2 weeks ago so far so good and No leaks. They do both residential and commercial so I completed their form online to get a quote. Cathy called me a few hours later with a quote and I was comfortable with the price since they specialize in this service. I received an email one day prior to my appointment to view and confirm. On the day of the appointment, I received a text one hour before the appointment time. As I was looking out my window to see if there was parking, I saw their truck sitting by curb 30 minutes before the appointment time. I went to see if Jaime could work on it now rather than wait. The window's tint was dark and the sunshade was up so I wasn't sure if he was in the truck. Luckily, Jaime got out as I was walking back to my place. I told him that I didn't want him to come in my place to remove the screens since I didn't want to clean the floors when he was done. He offered to wear booties and I was good with that. I asked the reason for coming in my place and he said just to remove the screen. I said that I can do them but one screen's tabs were broken. He told me to push it up then push out which was super easy to do. Anyway, he looked at my screen and said that there were no holes so I don't need to change them. I said that I need new pull tabs so that I can remove the screens to clean the windows. He said that I do need to replace the screens if I wanted new pull tabs. He showed me a large metal square one and one short and narrow one. They were much sturdier than the cheap plastic ones that I had. I stood and watched him remove the old screens and install the new ones. It was fun watching and talking to him while he repaired the screens. It took him about 45 minutes to set up and repair my screens. He said that that there's one year warranty. Overall, I am very happy with their customer service and product. I highly recommend them and they have a customer for life.
