I NEVER leave reviews but I HAD to with this place. Most of their positive reviews are probably their own to counter the horrible experience and other reviews calling them out for the scam they are. I have never experienced such blatant dishonesty and predatory "business practices" in my life. My brother waited over 6 hours stranded at a gas station while this company took his tire and rim, disappeared, and stopped answering his calls. * At first, they promised quick service, then gave excuse after excuse: "We had to go to two different tire shops." "We'll be there in 15-20 minutes." "We're 5 minutes away." -- the exact same lines you'll see in every other review. Hours would pass, no one showed, and the cycle repeated. * After 4 hours of no response, we had family members call pretending to be new customers -- they answered immediately. But if we called from our own numbers, Joshua (who claims he's "not the owner") literally hung up the phone and said "calling won't help." * Finally, after encountering a police officer witnessing all of this -- he filed a police report for property theft due to unresponsiveness. Joshua answered my phone call and he finally told me there would be $100 off. When pressed further, he passed the blame to "the driver," and said it would be taken out of his pay check -- then when I spoke with the driver and told him the police are going to wait until the tire and rims are there -- he hung up. An hour and a half later -- still no-show despite him stating he will be there in less than 5 minutes. * Thanks to a review -- we got the owners number. Even the owner of the company couldn't get in touch with Joshua or the driver. Finally someone named Cassandra finally showed up, she was rude, aggressive, and claimed there would be no discount, saying "this is how we do business." Only after the actual owner got on the phone did Cassandra reluctantly agree to the $100 reduction. * To top it off, after all of this, the tire they finally gave us was absolute garbage. And that's putting it nicely! Even the police officer reviewing the situation told us that all the reports against this company look the same -- and that what they're doing is clearly intentional, but unfortunately has to be handled through civil lawsuits. This isn't just "bad service." This is a scam operation running the same script on every desperate customer. They strand you for hours, take your property, dodge calls, lie, and then bully you when you push back. BEWARE: THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time, money, or safety. They do not care about your safety. IT IS A SCAM. The tire they gave me: gash/damage on the bead area (the part of the tire that seals against the wheel): * Structural weakness: Damage on the bead compromises how the tire seals to the rim. That can lead to slow leaks, sudden air loss, or complete blowouts. * Unrepairable: Unlike a tread puncture (which can sometimes be patched), bead and sidewall damage cannot be safely repaired. * Unsafe to drive: Even if it seems to hold air for now, driving on it is risky because the weakened structure could fail under pressure or speed. I HAD TO REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY AFTER SPENDING $200 FOR THIS. I had a tire problem and a repair shop quoted me $350 for a new tire--a high price, but I went ahead with it. 40 minutes later, the person arrived, took out the wheel, and carried it with him to replace it at his shop. One hour later, he appeared, presenting a very old and used tire and asking for $250, even though we agreed on a new tire. His words were to return this and he would replace it, adding $100 to the bill. I got absolutely nothing--no answer, no text--the next day. Legal action became necessary. read more

We were driving home late from paying our respects to our deceased family members services when our tire had a blow out on a busy highway.. it was my daughter, her husband, my 2 grown sons and my 3 year old granddaughter... I was as nervous as I could ever be because the blowout happened on a very busy highway (Hwy90W) You'd think people know the courtesy of moving over to the next lane when they see hazards on ... but they were extra super close that or car would move horribly from the force of driving by at tremendous speeds... Anyway- I called 24 Hours Tire People to help me get my tire fixed.. it was a quick response for them to arrive.. They removed my bad tire and off they went to get it repaired... It took a little while for them to get back and maybe they should have called me to keep me informed with their whereabouts... So I did panic and called the number back... with NO. Answer.. I called several times then gave up.. So I called Anytime Time Tire Services, and they answered... So I thought I must have called the wrong number or that they must be connected to 24 H.T.S ..... BUT INSTEAD OF GETTING ANY KIND OF GOOD NEWS - The person who answered told me that they heard horror stories and that they've heard that they are scammers or that they were known not to go back the sane day....
