Unprofessional Service - Refusal to Fix Clear Production Error I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability from this company. I placed an order with specific design requirements, and despite providing a clearly approved proof, the final product I received was incorrect. The approved proof specifically designated certain wording in white and other wording in black. What I received was the exact opposite of what was agreed upon. When I reached out to resolve this--providing side-by-side photo evidence of the approved proof versus the incorrect items--the company refused to offer a replacement or a refund. It is unacceptable to acknowledge an approved proof, deliver a different product, and then expect the customer to bear the cost of a mistake made on the production end. We have placed multiple orders with this company and previously had good experiences, which is why we felt confident ordering again for a trade show. Unfortunately, this order was a major disappointment. Half of our order was printed correctly and matched our previous orders, with a smooth, high-quality finish. The other half was produced using a completely different method and material that felt like a paper sticker applied to the product. That portion of the order was blurry, pixelated, and visibly lower quality, making the items unusable and unprofessional to distribute. Additionally, the final product did not match the digital proof. The printed artwork was significantly smaller than what was shown and approved on the computer proof, which further impacted the appearance and usability of the product. What you see in the proof is not necessarily what you will receive. When we contacted customer service, we were told they use multiple printing facilities and printing methods and cannot guarantee consistent quality or results from one order to the next. For a company producing branded promotional products, this is an unacceptable standard. Businesses depend on vendors to deliver consistent, proof-approved products, especially when brand reputation is at stake. We asked that they either refund our money or reprint our product. Instead, we were offered only a 25% refund for unusable merchandise. We accepted the partial refund solely to close the matter, but we will not be using this company again. The standard coolies were printed using a different process, resulting in inconsistent and poor quality. This represents a clear failure in quality control. Consistent quality should be expected, but when concerns were raised, this company acted like it was no big deal--and even treated not knowing what quality you'd receive as normal. Additionally, it is not acceptable to shift responsibility to the customer for trusting a company-provided proof or for not independently verifying measurements. I ordered 100 shirts that turned out to have a thin white lining all around the edge on every single shirt. I told them that I wanted them to reprint it correctly or issue a refund, and they refused, saying that it is "normal" and not a defect. The colors also came out poor and washed out, and they said that's to be expected and not their fault. After a back-and forth exchange, they offered me 30% off "as a gesture of goodwill" but refused to refund me entirely. Let me be clear: these prints look like HOT STINKING TRASH. I finally did a chargeback on my credit card and lost. Why? But then it took 5 more days to print, and then I'm still waiting for shipping (they sent me tracking info 3 days ago that doesn't work and they said the tracking won't work till delivery is "scheduled"). So they are already late on the original promise date, and the tracking doesn't even show yet so I have no idea how much longer it's going to take. I had a very disappointing experience with 24HourWristbands / Netbrands Media Corporation. I ordered 28 custom tote bags for a client-facing project. The order preview showed a small, centered, minimal design on both sides. That scale and layout were intentional and were a key part of the design. What I received was materially different from the preview. The artwork and text were printed dramatically larger than shown, which completely changed the look of the bags. This was not a small production variation or a slight adjustment. The final product did not preserve the minimal design shown in the order preview. Because of this, the bags were unusable for my client project. This put me in a difficult position professionally and forced me to place an emergency replacement order with another supplier and pay additional costs to keep the project on track. When I contacted customer service, the company refused to provide a full refund and offered only 20%, claiming they resized the artwork because I did not provide exact dimensions. I do not think a customer should have to provide technical measurements just to receive a product that reasonably matches the visual preview shown during the order process. I ordered custom temporary tattoos from this company and they were the poorest quality tattoo I had ever put on my body - they did not last 5 minutes before they started to degrade. Customer service was terrible and after several attempts to get a refund, they only offered 20%. I took the money and will never use this company again. Blurry prints on 94 shirts front and back, they told me my items are "promotional items" and they cannot be held responsible. Made a large purchase from them, 6k plus for various shirts, single color, multi color, some, blankets, sweatshirts and jackets. It was all heat transfer, which it doesn't say anywhere on the site, and 94 of the full color shirts were blurry and had a white ring around the red in the print. The jackets were also blurry, but within tolerance. They offered 100 off the price, which was like 1400 for 94 blurry shirts. Projected delivery was March 18th. The chatbot is useless and the customer service reps on the phone are difficult to understand. I tried to change delivery address since we are so far past delivery and I won't be at this location anymore, and they tried to collect an additional $35 for someone to key it into the computer. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. Please see the proof vs what actually arrived. The napkins arrived with basically grey ink, not black. Poorest quality I have ever seen. The grey ink was bleeding into the writing. I should have went with my gut after having to go back and forth with proofs. All I wanted was store credit to go and purchase other items. Ultimately they would have made more money off of me if they would have done so. Instead this is what they told me "But please understand that we have proceed with the provided artwork which had very small letters to begin with and that causes the ink to bleed and create that effect that you are seeing. The ink bleeding around the lines are giving that look and you can see if you zoom in on the prints. Also, please understand that the images you see on a computer screen while placing an order or digital proof images are CGI (Computer Generated Images) and an actual product never be an exact replica of a CGI. The actual product will always be less vivid as well as less detailed than that of the images shown in the CGI. I called four times to keep my order on track of which it was not bc they could not even send me decent proofs or the right colors that I registered for. Then I was up charged extra for something that had two colors and they said I needed to pay for another. Then twice bc they could not get the proofs corrected I the customer was forced to pay extra shipping charges to get our product here for a launch party for my daughter's new business launch at her grad party only for them to arrive with barely reada font and the wrong color I did not approve. Horrendous experience. I ordered enamel pins and paid extra to get them by October 15th and I immediately followed up to ask for a proof, I didn't hear back until I created another help ticket and then they sent a proof that I approved. I am now 8 days out from my event and was trying to find tracking on the shipment or status only to find out that they now have a delay and can't get it to us for another 9 business day on 10/21, after my event. They said "Additionally, due to some machinery difficulties, this order will be delayed. It can be delivered within 9 business days upon your confirmation." I don't find this acceptable, especially because I sourced them specifically because of the needby date. Not a great experience. I ordered lanyards and bags that had a logo on them. After a lot of back-and-forth, we finally got the lanyard worked out but the bags which were much more simple somehow weren't shipped. I ordered everything on February 20. My event begins on March 18. I did standard delivery because hello I have a whole month. The delivery estimate was in plenty of time to receive it. I kept checking the status because I didn't see any shipping information on the bags and finally see a note that they are delayed. I send a message through the website to understand what is going on and to ask for a refund on just the bags because they clearly have not shipped and they will not arrive in time. I get a response back that because I selected standard shipping the delivery date is just an estimate and conveniently they shipped out the day I sent my message before they then responded to me. So did they forget to ship them? Was something else going on? I don't know. But now the bags will not arrive until my conference is over so I will literally have no use for them. Thanks a lot. I don't care what the cost was, all of my money is valuable and I don't like to waste it. Will never use this company again. This is a terrible company. Ordered a table cloth with a custom logo and it was delivered with the logo way off center. Being displeased with this result after paying over 100 dollars for ONE table cloth, I contacted the company to notify them of the poor quality of the delivered item. That's when they really surprised me. They informed me that imperfections such as that were NORMAL. They also informed me that the proofs that they show you will vary from the actual delivered item and that they also consider that NORMAL and ACCEPTABLE. As these are fabric materials, ink gets absorbed and then disperses to cause this effect. This is a production drawback that cannot be controlled and is not considered as a defect in the printing." Asking again "Are you a real company or fake?" and the same answer "Sorry sir, you opted for standard shipping". Ordered 500 debossed and ink injected wristbands, chose US based manufacturing and date certain rush delivery. The price was very reasonable compared to competitors. My bank blocked the original purchase, 24 hour sent me an email link to retry it and after i approved the charge in my bank's app it went through. Even then there were no problems or delays, the wristbands showed up a week early, and they threw in 200 extra for my trouble. They look and feel great and will make fantastic party favors for my guests. If you're worried about rush shipping i highly recommend having them made in the US instead of overseas. I think they have much more control to prioritize in their US facility. read more

Absolutely horrible, scam company. I ordered 2 sets of keychains in June 2025, they arrived with half broken and all of them smudged in terrible print quality. Customer service wouldn't do anything to help. I had to throw them all away. I *accidentally* placed another order with them for printed lip balms without realizing it was the same company (they all look the same). I checked the box on the Checkout page to "Request Digital Proof." Two weeks later they sent the product into "production" without ever sending me the digital proof and now insist that was never an option. I asked how to cancel and they insist I can't at this point. Free band promotion was a scam. I ordered 350 bands from them, choosing their US location to support US jobs. Their promotion advertised by 100, get 100 or 200 free. There was nothing there about having to order 100 of the same color in order to qualify. I didn't see the free bands on my invoice/receipt, so I reached out immediately. When I finally understood the hangup, and asked them to change the order so that I could qualify (or else cancel my order), they said it was already in production. Starting with I approved image and then a week later I was notified you couldn't provide the cream vegan leather patch) I was supposed to receive the hats in a few days. Didn't receive them for 7 more days. Also- the approved image didn't look like the image on the hats I received. The lettering is so light you have to stand a foot away from the hat to read the words. 2nd shipment of hats- I chose and paid for the embroidered hats. You all approved the image and I approved the proof sent. That was more than 2 weeks ago. My refund was shorted by $100 on the difference between embroidered and print. Then you tried to charge me to expedite- it was your slow update that caused the delay. Then you shipped the second box to the wrong address and couldn't tell me when I would receive them and didn't offer a replacement of the hats or discount on the hats or to even refund the shipping cost since to no fault of my own- I still don't have my 2nd shipment of hats. I ordered 4x6 cards that we're claimed to be "UV High Gloss" they are NOT high gloss. They are satin on one side and matte on the other. They were trimmed smaller than 4x6 - okay, annoying but not the end of the world. I asked customer service for a credit and to look into this for future orders. Customer service was extremely unprofessional. It took several days to respond. They did not offer any resolution but just kept asking for more photos. (Photos were provided in which you could see the trimming issue and the paper issue) Now I will likely have to file a chargeback.
