The name says it all. I was a bit disappointed at first. I…read morehad scheduled an appointment for an estimate, although, to be fair, I already had a good idea of what the work would cost. After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

Otherwise they won't show up until they finish their previous jobs, if they show up at all.

Jayden rapidly assessed the three bathrooms, checking each drain of each shower and tub addressing our concerns one by one all the way out to the outside drain port. This is Quality Care, Service, and Customer Relations have set the bar high for all other Plumbing services who follow; we will be calling ABC Plumbing for future maintenance and those surprises homeowners dread. Value- lets talk VALUE. ABC Plumbing found no issues with our plumbing, we were concerned over a small obstruction in the line which cleared itself. Nothing was wrong, therefore no charge as the licensed plumber's estimate was FREE!! I've owned homes from Alaska, Oregon, Illinois, California, and Texas. We've had plumbing services out on several occasions in each of these states, no one, I mean no service has ever come out with the offer of a "free" estimate who actually checked for an actual problem, not finding one, its "no charge." From the other guys, I get the estimate and a high-pressure sales talk, caving to the high pressure sales, I get their bill regardless of an actual existing problem. RECAP 6 Reasons to call ABC Plumbing: 1. Called for service, a licensed plumber arrived in less than 3 hours. 2. Estimate is FREE. 3. Checked for an actual problem, none found, NO CHARGE. 4. Estimate is FREE, NO HIGH PRESSURE, NO PRESSURE. 5. Plumber is respectful of our home, wears shoe covers, does NOT leave a mess for us to clean up. Plumber was dressed professionally in the company uniform, and was clean. The plumber was professional, someone that my wife and I felt comfortable with our plumber in our home. 6. That's really all you can ask for. ABC Plumbing has earned my business going forward and will be the only plumbing service I use from now on. What initially created the need for the call was a gas fireplace that would not ignite I had previously tried ChatGPT, called a chimney sweep company, and even called the previous owner of my house, all to no avail. Within a few minutes of of arriving, Jordan was able to locate the hidden shut off for the gas fireplace and get it working pretty promptly. While here, he was able to notice a couple of other things that needed attention. My tankless water heater had been installed incorrectly by the previous plumber, and the technicians from Hukill's were able to manage that. And also, when it came to a clogged sink in our master bathroom, they were able to address that as well. By the end of our time together I had heard some good stories from Jordan, I was able to practice my French with Joseph and most importantly had a lot of small annoyances cleared up (literally) leaving my home in better functioning order than when they arrived. Gas Fireplace working Tankless water heated sorted Master bathroom sink I would recommend these guys for the following reasons: * Expertise * Friendly, personable and professional service guys * On time * Fair prices Again, big shout out to Jordan and Joseph. The coordinator had their plumber Spencer call me to see if I had any questions after our initial call. I initially brought in another company for an estimate but called Spencer back for a fact check to verify the first company's pricing. Spencer was able to respond immediately with what Leak Geek's pricing would be for the same pricing and said they could get out there within about an hour. I ended up hiring Leak Geeks, and Spencer got here within about 30 minutes of being dispatched. He did a great job identifying where the leak was coming from. It was a worse case than I had hoped for, but he found it. He cut and capped the line so I could still use the rest of the water in the house while the drywall was being remediated and the eventual repairs could be made. He referred a remediation company, American Water Damage, who had an estimator come out, again within about an hour, provide an estimate, and get a remediation tech to come out to move a basin, cut open the upstairs wall, and place fans and a dehumidifier. I'm impressed and relieved that they could get all of this done in the same day. Spencer was friendly and professional throughout. I couldn't have asked for more (except for the leak to not have happened in the first place).2

What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing, and especially Jake, to anyone who needs a plumber.
