She scheduled an A/C tech to come to my house that morning between 8am and 10am. James showed at 930am and started to troubleshoot the problem. Found a run capacitor not working and replaced it. Added refrigerant and checked the operation of the unit. The whole job took him about 30-40 mins and was completed in a very professional and courteous manner. I called there office after posted hours yet the service manager answered politely. Upon listening to my issues with the system and my experience with other technicians he put on hold for a moment then returned to inform me that the Owner had taken interest in the problem and would come out in the morning to get to the bottom of the problem. As promised Jon Gonzalez came out the next morning and found out what the problem was within the hour. I can't speak to the fees yet because I have not received the bill however I suspect that the rates will be fair. Thanks to Jon and Walker HVAC I can live in my home in comfort over the Father's Day weekend. Many of the top techs I had reached out to were booked a week out for a simple service call. Just a little, and why our unit was out was the water flow. Sensor on the PAN was bad keeping it from running. That's all it was. the leak was where they put their freon into the system. And he just put a new schrader valve in. And it's running good. I wouldn't recommend this company. I wouldn't even give it a star. But you can't post without adding one

I filed claim with American home warranty and they assigned it to Co-Z Air…read more I had a lot of anxiety over this because of all the horror stories you hear about the warranty companies and what is not covered with AC failures. Our 20 year old R22 compressor finally gave up. The Technician did an excellent job diagnosing it quickly and submitted for a compressor replacement to the warranty company. The warranty company approved it and ordered it right away. It took the compressor several days to come in because the warranty company does the ordering and the whole process took us a week to get it replaced, but there was no delay from Co-Z air. Jeremy received the compressor Tuesday afternoon and they were out the next day to complete the install. $200 for Freon/old compressor disposal and we were back in business. Thanks for doing us right guys and thanks for the diligence. Texas and no AC is no fun!
