They said they knew how to fix it and I'd have an estimate in "a day or two". 5 phone calls later, with a promise to send the estimate "this afternoon", still no estimate. WATCH OUT! THIS BUSINESS IS PREDATORY. We had a break-in, and the owner/dispatcher David insisted that $850 was a reasonable amount to cover a 19" x 27" broken window with plywood to secure our business. They are preying upon people in a bad spot who have been victims of a crime. Unethical and despicable. When I challenged David over the outrageous pricing, he yelled and cursed at me with unbelievable vulgarity. DO NOT use this company. The project cost me $35.09 at Home Depot. Insanely bad customer service and very overpriced. I had to call David, Maria, and Carlos multiple times over the course of a week and basically chase them down to confirm the day/time of my window replacement. Why is the customer in charge of that? Had to push the day they'd actually come replace my window 3 days because of their poor scheduling and lack of communication. I understand scheduling conflicts and unexpected issues can come up, but that should be communicated to your customer ASAP. Also very very expensive. One single pane window replacement cost me over $1000. I was told afterwards that the average price in Seattle is closer to $600. Time and money wasted. read more

6k for a single pane window replacement: board up is $1,800; glass is $2,400; labor is $1,440; Cleaning and disposal is $600. I would advise you stay away. 1st, while we did agree to the board up, we never asked for glass replacement. I was told by the worker that the office would be in touch with an estimate for the cost of replacing the glass which my insurance required. I get a call on Saturday that our glass was ready. I told the caller it was the weekend and to call back on Monday during normal business hours and we can talk through the cost and schedule. Monday comes and I'm in a meeting. One of my co-workers come to my office and says the glass people are here to which I immediately drop what I was doing to go downstairs to reject the glass replacement because I didn't get a quote on the cost. When I get downstairs, they've already removed the boards and begun replacing the glass. I then get the bill with a different company name on it which is followed by an apology. They resubmit the invoice via email with the same pricing. 6k!!!!! read more

Complete fraudsters. They took our deposit for $30,000 refuse to show that they have the materials at the mystery warehouse and will not answer our calls or perform the work. We have spoken to four different employees who keep blaming each other, the owner Eraj is incredibly unprofessional and keeps hanging up on us telling us to send his attorneys after him. I would give this less than 1 star if I could. The next time you call this company to fix or install glass in your office or house, please ask for a written estimate service charge. I called this number and he gave me a reasonable price for the service. However, when the mirror was installed, he asked for 4 times more than the estimate. He said it was just an estimate but he never once told me that the actual price could be way more than the estimate. It's not a good feeling when someone does business like this. read more

24 Hour Glass Services is a great company. I recently broke one of my french door glass units while edging my lawn. I called a different company before 24 Hour Glass Services and they came out to do an estimate which they never gave to me and they never called me back. So next, I reached out to David at 24 Hour Glass Services and he and his partner came out the same day. They not only gave me an estimate but they took out the broken custom piece of glass in my french door and boarded it up. When the work was done they cleaned the glass and cleaned up after themselves. They stuck to the price that they gave me the first day and that meant so much to me. A person's word should mean something and David's word did. I highly recommend this company for your glass needs. This is a company that makes what's important to you important to them!!! read more

Beware this shady Russian "business"! I asked for an estimate they quoted me $350+ for a one half of a 22 in. basement window. Without a written estimate or agreement the they bullied me into a deposit check for $150 "to get the glass". The next day the bids from two reputable glass companies came in, the most expensive one at $220 inclusive. When I asked about the cost of the glass, both companies told me it was a little less than $50. When I contacted the scammers to cancel and get my deposit back, of course they wouldn't return my call for weeks then lied again about the cost and were very nasty and rude. As a single woman and new homeowner, I am SO SICK of business predators like these just waiting for a chance to take advantage. Take your business anywhere else and don't give these opportunists a chance to rip you off. read more

These guys replaced many windows in my home and very quickly. I had so many foggy windows where the seal had broken and I was putting my house on the market. David was great and they gave me 10% off my lowest bid. The previous bids were going to take weeks and these guys did it in a day or two. I have since moved and will be calling upon them again. I ordered 3 windows a month ago. They came out and measured the windows. I paid half the price down. About a week latter the windows came in but they could not install them for several days. We schedule a time for the install and they don't show. I call them five times and they apparently broke one of the windows but do not tell me. After waiting most of the day we reschedule the install for a few days later. They show up without a ladder so they need to go back and show up another hour or so later. In the process of installing the three windows they drop one and break it. One week later they show up to install the last window without calling. They were lucky I was home. read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Hired these guys during a remodel and arranged for them to coordinate their window install with another sub contractor. Paid half down for quoted price. They ordered windows too small, then installed all the windows knowing this and that the existing window framing was unfinished and not adequate for proper installation. They informed us they could still install the windows and finish the framing with an additional purchase of wood and of course, more money. The final installation was substandard to put it mildly. Windows were not square and installed improperly, no window wrap, windows installed in the wrong rooms and HUGE gaps between windows and frames. Some just filled with foam. We then had to pay to have all the windows pulled, framing redone and the windows properly reinstalled by another contractor. When we questioned 24 Hour Glass about their substandard work, the work, they blamed the sub contractor and then, without our knowledge or authorization, fraudulently charged our credit card for the alleged balance after keeping our card number from the initial down payment made weeks before. They then subsequently e-mailed an invoice above the agreed price with added costs for changes we never requested or made and did not break down cost of materials and labor allowing for hidden costs.
