His quote was by far the most reasonable of every one of the 4 companies we contacted, and while others were giving us an 8-12 week window, Moe was able to come out weeks earlier. On top of that, he is incredibly personable and charming -- just an absolute pleasure to work with. We needed a window replaced, and not only did he give us the best price, he completed the entire job in about three hours. He made the existing frame look like new and, when he was finished, even vacuumed the entire floor to make sure there wasn't a speck of dust or debris left behind. Great price, fantastic workmanship, incredibly responsive, and genuinely wonderful service. We couldn't have had a better experience and will absolutely call him again. Can't recommend Moe enough -- he is, for sure, the Glass Expert!

**Extremely disappointing experience -- I would not recommend Glass Guru of Redmond.**…read more This has been one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a contractor, primarily because of the complete lack of communication and follow-through. I have called them close to 10 times trying to get updates. On multiple occasions, I was told someone would follow up with me, but the follow-up simply never happened. Orders don't seem to be tracked, calls aren't returned, and eventually you're left feeling like you've simply been ghosted. What makes this especially frustrating is that Glass Guru was originally recommended to me, so I felt comfortable referring them to a friend. They went to my friend's property, inspected the issues, and said they would order the necessary parts and return to complete the work. After that -- nothing. I personally called on my friend's behalf three separate times. Each time, I was able to get someone on the phone and was assured they would look into it and follow up. Each time, no one did. I understand that contractors get busy, parts get delayed, and schedules change. None of that bothers me if a company communicates. What I find unacceptable is repeatedly telling customers you will follow up and then simply not doing it. At this point, the experience gives the impression that they simply aren't interested in the business. Unfortunately, after both my own experience and the experience of someone I referred to them, I cannot recommend Glass Guru of Redmond.

It's now been 10 months since completion and we've experienced zero issues whatsoever, which is testament to the quality of the work. From the start, Kirill was responsive and responsible. His bid was competitive, and he was extremely detail-oriented. Since we wanted to order our own windows from Dunn Lumber, we had multiple conversations to ensure the measurements were exactly right. His thoroughness paid off -- all the windows arrived exactly as planned, avoiding delays or returns. During the installation process itself, Kirill and his crew (Ivan and Ivan) were always on time, courteous, efficient, and professional. They may be the ONLY contractors we've ever worked with who finished within the timeline that they laid out. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Kirill and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to replace windows or doors. It would be nice if they also offered finishing services, like drywall touch-up and painting, but the quality of the work that they do specialize in is absolutely impeccable.
