RENTER BEWARE! My…read morefamily and I have rented from Jamison Property Management for 3 years. It is impossible to quickly explain our experience. For the entire duration of our rental, Jamison has been extremely unprofessional, and disrespectful. This is the only reason we moved out as this would no longer be tolerated. As a result you lost perfect renters, and the property is still unoccupied. Most of these reviews are positive, and comforting. However; they are mostly from home owners. While I understand not all experiences are the same. Home owners I urge you to reach out to ensure your renters experience has been nothing like ours. Just because we are renters does not mean we are poor, uneducated, and are not respectable individuals. If I pay my rent on time in full every month, and care for the property as if it were my own. I expect to be treated accordingly. We are home owners in the state of Nebraska, and are currently using a property management company too. On average management companies receive 10-14% to manage the property. If you were managing my property and I discovered how you were treating my good renters, I would submit my notice to you immediately. My intentions of this review is make homeowners as well as renters aware! Rest assured I will be submitting as many reviews as possible! To refrain from a 4pg review if anyone would like the details, and proof of my allegations feel free to email or message me.

My situation - I was looking to sell my home in Ballantyne, but also living 2300 miles away in Las Vegas. After speaking to multiple agents, we chose Kate based on her amazing personality, responsiveness, clarity when it came to the selling process, and realistic confidence in the current market. Admittedly, being 2300 miles away, I was a bit nervous working with an agent I had never met in person, but Kate treated us like we were next door neighbors. She helped me facilitate EVERY aspect of the sale, from prep, necessary repairs, inspections, photos, measurements...you name it and she was on top of it. BTW, we also ended up receiving 3-4 offers within 3 days :) If we eventually make our way back to NC, there is only one agent that we will be working with and it's Kate Terrigno. Thank you, Kate!

The homes are in poor condition, yet the rent prices are shockingly high. Every year they raise the rent without meaningful improvements or clear justification. You end up paying more and getting nothing in return.Communication is a nightmare!!!!! It's nearly impossible to reach a real person, and when you finally do, the support is unhelpful and unprofessional. There is no local office to speak to someone face-to-face, which makes resolving issues extremely difficult. As a tenant, you feel unheard, unsupported, and completely unvalued. This company seems more focused on increasing prices than maintaining quality or caring about the people living in their homes. Renters deserve respect, transparency, and proper service -- and unfortunately, this company consistently falls short.I strongly advise anyone considering renting from them to think twice.!!!
