I'm a homeowner in one of the properties 'managed' by them, if you can call it that. They have made…read moreit their goal in life to harass me and others in my neighborhood! I just recently received one of their 'violation' letters stating that my yard had weeds in it. In early March! I had recently spread week killer, and as most people know, it takes moisture to make it work. Guess what..we are in the middle of a DROUGHT, so very little moisture is available. There is even talk of water regulations being rolled out in order not to waste water during the drought. Oh, and EVERY lawn in my neighborhood has weeds, even the central lawn in the middle, that is the responsibility of the HOA!! There are multiple violations around the neighborhood that they are responsible for...guess what? In some areas, Bermuda grass itself is considered a weed, Bozos! Get a life! When you have nothing better to do than to target weeds on a lawn, you're pathetic. Take care of the paint peeling off the street lights, take care of the crooked stop signs, take care of the dead trees in the entrance, take care of the central lawn!

For the entire duration of our rental, Jamison has been extremely unprofessional, and disrespectful. This is the only reason we moved out as this would no longer be tolerated. As a result you lost perfect renters, and the property is still unoccupied. Most of these reviews are positive, and comforting. However; they are mostly from home owners. While I understand not all experiences are the same. Home owners I urge you to reach out to ensure your renters experience has been nothing like ours. Just because we are renters does not mean we are poor, uneducated, and are not respectable individuals. If I pay my rent on time in full every month, and care for the property as if it were my own. I expect to be treated accordingly. We are home owners in the state of Nebraska, and are currently using a property management company too. On average management companies receive 10-14% to manage the property. If you were managing my property and I discovered how you were treating my good renters, I would submit my notice to you immediately. My intentions of this review is make homeowners as well as renters aware! Rest assured I will be submitting as many reviews as possible! I've had a good experience - the team keeps me informed of everything that is going on, including new tenant screening, repairs and walkthroughs, and why rent is delayed. The team is very responsive to tenant needs and helps take care of repairs at a reasonable cost. They upload everything to the Appfolio portal so I have access to all of my documents.
