Kristy was so easygoing and we chatted the entire time I was getting my hair cut. I showed her the length I was going for and had her go from there. He immediately asked what do I need and I responded a cleanup. Meaning no hair cutting, I just needed to get my sideburns shortened up and my front lined up. He didn't do any of it. He left my sideburns just the way they were and when I pointed out that he is not following directions he went all in and cut a big chunk of hair leaving me with a hole on my sides.
