And he was right! We did end up adding to the project because when we looked at the amazing new paint job next to existing paint, we wanted to paint more of the exterior, and his painters happily accommodated our requests. The final job looks amazing and the additional work was at minimal additional cost. I actually told him we should pay him more (he refused) - his guys did such a great job! When I have someone out to do work at my house, I want to feel comfortable with them so that I feel trust enough to walk away and let them get the job done. As you can see they did an outstanding job sprucing up the look of my front walkway, and I liked their work so much I ended up getting quotes from them to do the my driveway, patios and siding. They use a large circular cleaning device and specialized cleaning solution that is really what gets the job done without leaving streaks. Jason and his teams did outstanding work on removing popcorn ceiling, patching walls throughout the home, and painting the interior. The popcorn removal was thorough and really demonstrated why it takes time and $ to do well. The painting team took over after and did multiple coats using paint I provided. They let the paint dry naturally in between coats. In both cases the teams were prompt and cleaned up thoroughly. I was hesitant initially due to a review I saw, but I spoke with Jason and he talked me through it and how he would handle the work on my home - I am glad I did go with him, and I will definitely call him when it's time to paint the exterior.

We trusted his team to complete a large job on our new home purchase - remove popcorn ceilings, patch holes, and paint the interior of our new 3400 sq ft house - and our house looks worse than it did before they touched it. We have spent the last 3 months cleaning up their mess, including hiring different contractors to do the job we hired them to do. A list of issues we've experienced: * Peeling paint, caused by using a heat gun and not letting the paint dry properly * Scratched and dented several pieces of original wood trim * Carelessly painted our fireplace, light fixtures and original wood trim * Left obvious patch jobs * Sanded spots but didn't paint * Caulked areas we asked not to caulk to mask a bad paint job * Did not fix most of the blue taped items we marked off during our final walkthrough * Left the house covered in dust and paint splatter. Thankfully we did not live in the house at the time as we wouldn't have been able to move back into it in this condition. Jason did give us a partial refund (25%) but after spending $18,000 on a job, I am so disappointed and disheartened to see it left in this condition. His team did not have an eye for detail and did not care for our home like we expected them to.
