I needed a stander and a gait trainer for my two year old. Chris was incredible. Numotion stalled for weeks without letting me order, their rep never returned any of my phone calls to move the process along. Chris ordered the stander that day, had it delivered within 7 days to my home. He arranged for a vendor to come help my son try gait trainers 36 hours later, placed the order the same day and will be delivered 7 days from ordering. Being a parent of a child with different needs can be challenging and Chris made this easy as can be. Give Chris a call. The service was fast with no bs, turnaround time was exceptional and he checked in through the process to ensure everything was going smoothly. Matt is amazing as well. Very disappointing service from this company. I had purchased a product via eBay and it was an…read moreokay transaction. I decided that i would do some repeat business and purchased two ankle braces from them. I received the braces and used them for about 4-5 hours. The design of the brace made it intolerable to wear any longer and i asked for my options to return the product. My options were to exchange for a returned product that someone else had worn or take a 20% discount on my next purchase. I felt that this was not sufficient and let the owner Dan know and to be fair to him i was strong with my response. Dan responded and explained that he could not give away free product to me since i did not purchase thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from him. He had had two people searching for most of the day to find a replacement in the return bin but they could not find anything. He apparently spent a lot of time working on my issue as well so i ate up any profit that he would have made on the sale to me. I am not sure why it would have taken most of the day to figure out that they did not have a replacement. It sounds to me like the return bin is a box in the back of the warehouse and not very organized. I am a believer in small business and my philosophy has been to take care of all customers regardless of how much money they spend. The owner helped me to understand that even though i had sent him over $40.00 of my money for a defective product, that he was not concerned with my problems. His profits are the important issue and who was I to bother him? Simply amazing.
