Ben is very professional and courteous. I had the igniter go out on our heater unit and Ben was quick to respond. Initial appointment was 630pm. Ben called and said he got done early with a prior job and was it ok to come early. He gave me a eta of arrival and sure enough he was there. Installed the new igniter and I even scheduled a routine maintenance for the heater right after he was done with the install. Fair pricing and always upfront with costs. Highly recommend 24/7 Heating and Cooling. read more

I had Ben H come out from 24/7 Heating & Cooling. He was exactly on time ( no one is these days). He was super nice and friendly. He identified the problem and fixed it. He went the extra mile and really did a great job. Did not try and upsell me. I would def use him for any of my HVAC needs in the future. read more

Ben and Brad did an excellent install on our new Daikin heat pump system. They are there for you when you call, show up on time , keep a tight schedule and are thorough communicators. (Unlike many contractors nowadays.) Fair pricing on our bid. We were referred to them by another trusted general contractor we have used prior and it all worked out great! Left the work site clean and didn't tear our home apart during the install. The attention to detail was appreciated .When elements of the install needed to be discussed as to what would look aesthetically best their suggestions and ours were a match. I would not hesitate to have these guys do more work for us in the future and highly recommend them . read more

Not sure who is giving 24/7 good reviews. They came out promptly to give us an estimate to replace our AC unit, we just never got the estimate. I sent an email inquiry and still never got a response. Business must be good!!!! read more

I appreciated the great furnace install. The workers were friendly, curteous and Professional. They also patiently showed me how to work my new themostat and stayed until I understood it then gave me the instruction booklet incase I forgot any of the steps and told me I could call them at anytime if I had any questions. As a single woman, I appreciate a company that cares about their customers. West Linn, OR read more

Such a great experience. Such great service. Ben went above and beyond our expectations and fixed a problem that most people in his position would have passed the buck on. We will undoubtedly use him again in the future. read more

He explained what he was doing and gave me multiple options. He spent time going through our HVAC issue - and sent a proposal of three options. He was very professional and courteous. After that point for any further questions, it was harder to get through. read more

We have used 24/7 Heating & Cooling for a few different things over the years and every single experience has been delightful. Our most recent one was exceptional! We recently moved to a new home and noticed the AC wasn't working properly on the first hot day of the season. We called and Kelsey came out within a day or so(we were not in a hurry). Kelsey is always on time and so polite. He identified multiple issues and gave us several options as to what we could do, from repairing to replacing. We decided to replace the whole system. Ben and Kelsey put in 2 long days and had our house throw multiple curve balls at them, but they always had a smile on their face. They are both very professional and kept us in the loop as to what was going on. Ben and Kelsey are so tidy and leave the spaces they are in cleaner then they found them. They know their trade and take pride in their work. We can't recommend them enough! BEST HVAC company in the Tigard area, hands down. read more

I was really impressed with Ben and the way he runs his business. He is super professional and on it. My furnace broke before a big snow storm. He came out, as promised, the day of the snow storm right on time. He trouble shot the problem and couldn't fix it so he came back a few days later with a few different options and when none of them worked he installed a new furnace for us. The whole time he was super clear with cost and really honest. He's just running a good clean business. I would 100% recommend him again. read more

Ben is top notch! And I only wish I'd installed an A/C 13 years ago (when I bought my place!) Oh It Is SOOOOOO Great!

During the most recent snowstorm, our furnace malfunctioned and continued to present issues. I researched and acquired three bids and chose 24/7 Heating & Cooling after speaking to Ben. Ben was great to work with: knowledgeable, responsive, honest, punctual, and hard-working. If we encounter future issues, we'll definitely call Ben. read more

Scheduled an 8am appointment 3 weeks in advance and they did not show up. The response when I called was that it was "incredible" that my appointment wasn't on the schedule. Also incredible to wake up early on my day off to have a no show appointment. If you go here my advice is to follow up to ensure your appointment is scheduled as it seems they can't keep their appointments straight. I'll be going else where as they already wasted my time. read more

Had Ben from 24/7 heating and cooling install a heat pump in my house, and the service and professionalism was great. I used my VA loan to get an energy efficient upgrade when I purchased my house and Ben was more than helpful, so if you are a veteran looking to use your benefit with quality work, 24/7 is the company that you should use. I would recommend 24/7 to anyone who wants to upgrade or repair their heating or cooling. read more

I rarely leave reviews but be warned. I payed a $99 diagnostic fee that took 5 minutes and was charged at that time the $99 and I asked if that would to apply to the warranty repair and told "no". Then he came back put in the free part for another $359 that took less than 30 minutes. I understand people need to make a living but he couldn't have spent more than an 1 1/2 hours including picking up the part. So be WARNED I PAID $300+ an hour! read more

Ben and his team were amazing. We upgraded our furnace and AC and they said it would take two days and it did. The furnace was up and running on the first day - so no loss of over night heat. Awesome pricing and a great install. Even better, come inspection - the city of Tigard inspector was extremely impressed with the quality of the install. Will definitely be recommending Ben and his team to my friends. read more

My experience with Ben, from 24/7 Heating & Cooling, was nothing short of great. He will be our HVAC guy from here on out. Ben called ahead to let us know exactly when he would be arriving and showed up right on time. His professional bearing and attitude impressed my wife and I right away. He was friendly and direct. Our eight year old HVAC unit had been blowing a small 3 amp fuse and it had been driving me up the wall in trying to figure out why. Ben took the time to explain each step he took to diagnose and isolate the problem. Within a short time he had located the problem and replaced a faulty 24 volt contactor in the outside condensing unit. I might add that the house is rental property, and it was very important to get the AC working fast due to the 100 degree heat wave Portland was experiencing. Ben got the unit working and I saved face with the tenants. Based on my personal experience over the years with many repairmen, I can highly recommend Ben for your heating and cooling needs. read more

These guys are incredible! We're so happy with our new AC and furnace. I've been recommending this company to all my friends and coworkers for any heating and cooling needs. read more

This review is mostly on 24/7 heating and cooling ability for finding a Freon leak. I called them up specifically so they could find a Freon (R22) leak on my unit. He search, but could not find a leak. So he pulled all of the Freon out, ( it would have been nice if he had weighed the Freon he pulled out of the unit, so I could have known the level of Freon in it ) and put nitrogen in the system to aid him in his search. He still could not find a leak. So he charge my unit back up with Freon and left. About six or eight weeks later, my unit ran out of Freon again. So I called 24/7 heating and cooling about my freon leak. In short, they suggested that I get someone else to look for the leak because they had done all they could do. So I called someone else to come find the leak. He found it, and only charge me $75. So I had to pay twice for the leak. About a week later, I pulled the blower motor out of this unit, which took me all of 10 minutes, and there was the evaporator coil, and in the middle of the coil, that was very visible was a big oil stain where the Freon was leaking at. 24/7 heating and cooling technician that came out to my house was very courteous and professional. read more

I got multiple bids on installing AC in my residential home that already had forced air heating. Ben was by far the most professional, knowledgeable and punctual of the group. The fact that he would be doing the work himself and that he offered a competitive price sealed the deal. He did a great job on the install and made sure that I was happy with pretty much every step of the process before proceeding. The project ended up going a little long so he had to come back the next week to finish but he maintained communication with me the whole time so I was never in fear that he would leave me hanging. Overall, a very positive experience. I will be happy to continue to give 24/7 Heating & Cooling my business in the future. read more

Ben from 24/7 was fantastic. Brandon and Ben were punctual each morning and left the work space spotless. Ben was knowledgeable about his products and answered all my questions patiently. Very polite and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone and would call him again for service in the future! read more

I bought my house in the summer 2 years ago in 2013 and the furnace was old that came with the house. During the fall/winter when it became colder we started using the gas furnace, and noticed it had problems. So to make sure that I wasn't going to get ripped off, I called 3 different repair companies and got estimates from all of them. My furnace would constantly flame out and re-ignite every few seconds, which was annoying but it still worked. Then after a month or so it kept trying to re-ignite but couldn't so I was forced to buy electric heaters until I got the furnace repaired. Ben from 24/7 was one of the 3 companies that came out to give me the estimate to repair it. He showed up on time and was very polite, but said the furnace was so old they didn't make the parts for them anymore. He recommended that I purchase a whole new furnace from him, the lowest price was $3,500 and the highest price was $8,000. I said I would consider it, and waited for the next repairman arriving the next day from NW Sundance Services. The repairman from NW Sundance Services was also on time and polite, but said the replacement igniter control part was a common failure and replaced the igniter for $75! Then after about another month my furnace was not starting at all, so I called NW Sundance Services again and he replaced the gas regulator for another $75. So a grand total of $150 to fix my furnace from NW Sundance Services, quite a bit less than the $3,000 to $8,000 from 24/7 Heating and Cooling! Also, just to come out and evaluate your problem, Ben charges $100 just to look. I called up Ben and asked him to refund me the $100 because he incorrectly diagnosed my system by telling me that the parts were not made for it anymore. But he said that the $100 was non-refundable, which seems wrong to me. My furnace is a Lennox G12RQ3E-82-8 and was manufactured 06/1986, almost 30 years old but they still make the parts for it. NW Sundance Services in Oregon was 503-888-6881, in Washington 425-533-8666. read more

Would absolutely recommend! I called a few companies because I was having a current issue. Ben was able to get to my house fairly quickly. Even called as he was running ahead of schedule so he arrived early. He was great about educating on how the problem occurred, what the potential fixes would be and emailed me later with quotes and varying price points. All that and he wasn't at all pushy. So appreciated it all. read more

Couldn't be happier with Ben (& Alyssa) and 24/7 Heating & Cooling! They just installed a new furnace in our home and they're consummate professionals! Efficient, on-time, on-estimate, very courteous & knowledgeable. Highly recommended! read more

Really appreciate Ben! Instead of being told what I need (which usually is limited to what they have) Ben provided options. I needed a new thermostat. We discussed several kinds. I chose a wifi one and he installed and programmed it. One and done! I was dissatisfied with the previous heating company I used. They were very sloppy and really didn't care. Ben has taken their place in my contacts! read more

We recently had them come to our house and service our Air Conditioner. Our AC unit is a little older but they serviced it, cleaned it up and said it was still functioning so no need to upgrade or buy a new one. Ben was honest and really knew what he was talking about. Had Ben come out and do an inspection on our 20+ year old gas furnace. We were needing to keep the front panel off the unit in order to keep it running so we new something was wrong. Ben took the time to show and explain to me exactly what the problem was. He gave us the option of just replacing the broken part(which was a main component of the furnace) or get a new one. We chose to replace our old one. He arrived on time for our installation appointment and had the new furnace installed. He did an excellent job with everything and was personable and very professional. Two thumbs up!! read more

All of the positive reviews on here must have been lucky. I wanted them to come out and give me a quote on a new system on the house we moved into. That was over two weeks ago and no response. I also reached out to them because when we turned on our AC the other day it does not work. No response. On to the next company I go. read more

Ben came out after a couple of phone conversations. The fix of my furnace was simple and quick. Ben offered advice and a follow up to make my furnace work more efficiently. This young man KNOWS HIS STUFF! He was beyond professional - he was helpful, explanatory, prompt, fair with pricing and worth every penny. I recommend 24/7 highly for your furnace/cooling needs. read more

I had a coupon for an AC service. Ben came out and let me know everything was good to go. He offered to check out my furnace since I hadn't had that checked in quite some time. He offered me a discount since he was already out. After finding my furnace needed some work, he offered me 2 options, repair or replace. I decided to replace. Fast foward a week for the install, prompt and courteous. Started first thing. He and Brad did a great job tearing out the old and installing the new. Very professional and let me know I could call at any time with questions or concerns. I'd highly recommend 24/7 to everyone. These guys are great. read more

Quick response came out the same day I called two other company's before 24/7 they put me on a waiting list and told me one to two weeks to come out and check my furnace. (That doesn't work very good when its below freezing outside.) Ben, found the problem right away, fixed it and was very professional. When I am ready to replace my furnace I will call 24/7 first. read more

Ben did an outstanding job. Showed up on time knew exactly what the problem was from my description and had my unit repaired in under thirty minutes. The first company I called was unprofessional knocked twice on my door and left. I called Ben and he set me up with a appointment the next day and saved me from a heat way that weekend. Not only was he very professional, but he gave electronic options to pay saving me days of waiting for the check to be cashed. read more

Unfortunately, we usually don't take the time to write a review when we get great service, however, it was so nice to have such patient, courteous, and intelligent service that we felt we would. Selling our home in Tualatin hinged on the replacement of an external A/C unit that had been damaged by animals. Ben from 24/7 Heating and Cooling arrived early and gave us an esimate that included a senior's discount, when we asked for it. It was inside our budget and we placed the order. He agreed to expedite the installation because the entire real estate transaction had come down to the replacement of the unit. Coming back on Labor Day (Monday), he and Brad installed a new unit (quieter and more efficient) and the deal went through. 24/7 Heating and Cooling is easy to work with and talk to. Ben gave good explanations and set clear expectations and then met them. We enthusiastically recommend 24/7 without hesitation for their professionalism, technical expertise, and craftsmanship.
