Leonard handled several home repairs for me with excellent professionalism, clear communication, and reliability. He arrived on time, diagnosed each issue accurately, and completed the work with care. When the initial parts for my Moen tub spout and bathroom glass door weren't the right fit, he purchased the correct ones and returned the next day--right on schedule--while honoring his original quote. He also identified and fixed a ceiling‑fan issue during the same visit. Leonard is skilled, dependable, and fair. I'm very pleased with his work and will continue relying on him for future home projects. read more

I explained that I was trying to replace the cartridge, but the shower handle wouldn't budge due to rust and corrosion. He asked for a few photos, gave a reasonable quote, and showed up the same day. He was very disorganized with scheduling. I scheduled him for Sunday morning at 11am. Never called me to say he was running over an hour late. He didn't seem to care. I had no choice but to use him with such short notice so I waited over an hour for him to get to the rental. I'd ask him why he was painting the entire wall for small holes and he'd disregard my concern especially as I didn't know if color would match. I mentioned this from very beginning. After an hour at the job, he finally admitted I was right as I started to panic that the walls turned into a patchy paint mess through out the condo. Now I have to paint the entire home. He claimed to fix my patio storage door that was falling off. He said he fixed it with a nail. Well the door almost fell on my new tenant, which would make Leonard liable if it did. If you want to get screwed, call up Leonard. I would never ever hire this guy again. Half the items on my check list of things to do did NOT get done. He was incompetent, unprepared and all he did was brag about how much money he made with his rental properties. I paid him less than he initially asked for because all he did was fill in holes in the wall but honestly, the payment I gave him was a complete rip off. read more

My dad was experiencing a homeless person entering onto his property, using the pool, and laundry facilities in the detached garage. We needed a larger and locked gate. Leonard came to our rescue and installed a large chain link gate with lock and now the problem has been resolved. He and his helper were efficient and professional. I highly recommend Leonard as he is honest, reliable, and friendly. I am keeping Leo's number for future jobs. Thanks, Leonard, for a job well done. PS. I don't know why this says San Francisco, it is actually San Diego. read more
