He was very disorganized with scheduling. I scheduled him for Sunday morning at 11am. Never called me to say he was running over an hour late. He didn't seem to care. I had no choice but to use him with such short notice so I waited over an hour for him to get to the rental. I'd ask him why he was painting the entire wall for small holes and he'd disregard my concern especially as I didn't know if color would match. I mentioned this from very beginning. After an hour at the job, he finally admitted I was right as I started to panic that the walls turned into a patchy paint mess through out the condo. Now I have to paint the entire home. He claimed to fix my patio storage door that was falling off. He said he fixed it with a nail. Well the door almost fell on my new tenant, which would make Leonard liable if it did. If you want to get screwed, call up Leonard. I would never ever hire this guy again. Half the items on my check list of things to do did NOT get done. He was incompetent, unprepared and all he did was brag about how much money he made with his rental properties. Amazing service! I called on Sunday at 6:00 pm over Memorial Day Weekend. I had attempted to hang two tv wall mounts on my own and was failing miserably. My apartment was in shambles and I desperately needed help. In less than 40 minutes they were at my house. He was able to get the tv mounts hung despite some strange things going on behind my walls and even hung an extra shelf for me.
