Very nice and helpful woman set up the appointment. I also called Hughs.net about internet service to set up appointment. They asked about tv service and I said Dish was coming out the same day to set up. They said great because they use the same equipment. Somehow or other appointment for Dish got cancelled. Emailed them right away when I saw the cancellation email and told them "No. I still wanted the appointment." On Thursday, I called Dish and they said they had no appointment till the 19th available. I explained that I had set up the appointment for the 15. I was told to call (806) 687-2424. That this company worked with them and that they were a great company and they could possible help me. So I called 24 Hour. I spoke to a young lady who told me that they had no appointment available till the 18th. I asked her to check if I had made an appointment with them prior for instillation. SHE checked and said I had one for the 15. Great! The 15 comes and no TV. Hughes.net shows up, installed the internet. Tech ha son shirt that says DISH. My husband asked him who he worked for. Chris, said Hughs.net. So I called 24 Hour this morning asking why noone showed up for the tv. The guy on the phone tells me that I had no appointment for the 15 only Hughes net. I am confused. I try talking to him about the different phone numbers I called to set up the different companies and he tells me to let him talk! So I listen to what he says and again I try telling him I am confused and he tells me "I told you this on Friday, and I am not going to tell you again. I am not going to argue with you!" I will never work with this company again. As soon as my contract is up with Dish and Hughes.net I will move my business! I moved to Texas, where I thought people were nice and polite. This man is rude! He sets a bad example! I sure hope the rest of Texans are NOT like him.

TERRIBLE customer service. I can not access my account online. I've had them for 9 months and have…read morehad nothing but issues. My account does not show my bill. I ask for them to show me something that shows my bill and they refuse. Ive called them since 9 am and it is now 4:51pm. My service is now shut off even AFTER making the payment. They charged my bank card 6 times @ $170.00 and when I asked them why they did that they said "thats your problem". I will NEVER use them again.
