Best Buy was going to charge me extra for this reason, on top of an already expensive fee to do the job. So I called A & E Electronics, and they were able to schedule me a sooner appointment than anyone else, and at a fair price! They were professional, knowledgable, and efficient. They even cleaned up and set the room back to the way it was before their work began. My new Tv is mounted level, clean, and centered, and they easily installed a kit I bought to safely hid the cords inside the wall. I would definitely give them a call.

Purchased a COSTCO Security Camera System. Was going to self install, but was wisely counseled by…read moremy wife to find a local installer. This proved a little daunting as most security systems installers want to sell their own systems. Looked at two companies for estimates. A&E offers an hourly rate or a turn key estimate and offers to come back and make adjustments if needed. The other company offered an hourly rate with "no guarantees" (not such a great business model as far as I'm concerned). Bobby came out and surveyed the job, recommended some cable and power upgrades and gave me a turn key estimate. (Even though I might have saved a little by going hourly, I don't think there was a large difference in the end given labor and materials). On the appointed day, his guys showed up, made some adjustments to the planned installation due to access issues in the attic. They finished a multiple camera installation with system setup and siting cameras and cleanup by mid afternoon. The bottom line is that the installation and service were excellent and the price was fair.

Lucas Flores let us know upfront what the cost would be. Roberto and Anthony did a fantastic job of cleaning our air ducts, returns, and servicing our H&A units if needed. They were here every morning, stayed busy and the only time they took a break was for lunch. These guys very professional, courteous, and quick! They serviced all six buildings and 21 units in just over a week. Our elderly tenants are breathing better, their allergies are better and myself and our tenants can't say enough good things bout Roberto and Anthony. We are extremely thankful for the dedicated team of ServPro!! We would use them again and again and HIGHLY recommend them for Airduct cleaning. We have also used them for water restoration after a hot water heater burst and flooded a unit. I would give them 100 stars if I was able to! Thank you again to Lucas, Roberto, Anthony and ServPro! I cannot express enough appreciation…read morefor the outstanding level of customer service and care my family received after a severe storm in September 2025 caused a neighbor's large tree to uproot and crash onto our property. Late that evening, my elderly parents' home suffered moderate damage, including a downed electrical line that left them without power. LP&L informed us that a licensed electrician would need to make repairs before power could be restored--potentially taking up to two weeks. This delay was critical, as my elderly father depends on oxygen and several home medical devices that require power. When we reached out to ServPro, Mark and his entire team--including the roofer, electrician, and cleanup crew--arrived the very next morning with a clear plan and got to work immediately. They removed the fallen tree, repaired the fence and home damage, and coordinated the electrical restoration seamlessly. Their professionalism, efficiency, and communication throughout the process were exceptional. Within just four to five days, everything was completed--faster than we could have hoped--and the quality of the work far exceeded our expectations. We never had to make a single follow-up call; they handled every detail with care and urgency. Thanks to ServPro, my parents were safe, comfortable, and back to normal in no time. We're deeply grateful for their compassion and dedication. Hopefully, we will never face storm damage again--but if we do, ServPro will be our first call!

If you are reading this review, you may find it odd that someone who has not yet purchased anything…read morefrom a company would give it a five-star review. Let me explain. I am a non-techie who bought a turntable and receiver elsewhere and could not get them to work together. I was concerned that the turntable (bought used) was defective. So, I called The Soundwave to see if they could fix my turntable--if needed. I talked to Kurt Ellsasser (store manager), explaining my frustration and lack of audio expertise. Kurt said, "Just bring it out and let me hook it up to see if it works--at no charge." I was stunned, since many places charge a flat $75 for an evaluation. So, I took the turntable to The Soundwave, met Kurt, and left it with him. A little later he called me and gave me the good news that it worked just fine. So, today I went to pick up my turntable. Well, I did much more than that! Kurt spent about an hour showing me how to hookup the turntable to the receiver. He also showed me how to correctly use my turntable. All this service was at no cost! Now, folks, if The Soundwave provides this kind of service for a guy who basically comes in off the street needing some help with his stereo equipment, just think how much more they will do for their paying customers! Thank you Kurt, and thank you Soundwave! Your kindness has earned my future customer loyalty.
