I took my iMac and MacBook Pro to be repaired by this shop mid March. I received a quote for repairs a few days later. iMac hard drive and MacBook hard drive replacements. I agreed and paid fee for diagnosing the computers. 5 months past, leading me to call for a update on my items every few weeks. The male ensured me that he would call and keep me updated. I received not 1 call with updates without me calling them first. They fixed my iMac in 1 month. But my MacBook was another story. I took my laptop in there with the keyboard lighting up and responding. Also the Track pad was working as well. I called them for updates and was informed my keyboard and track pad were no longer responding. The male repair man stated that the keyboard and trackpad were not working when I brought it in (which is a lie). I told him they were but he proceeded to tell me he would have to try and diagnose it and would call me back in a few days to let me know if he could fix it. He never called back. 3 months went by. I never heard from them unless I called them first. 1 month went by. He returned my call and said it would cost $200 for the part to fix my issues. So I went and got my computers without my MacBook being fully repaired. That night I went on YouTube to attempt to fix It myself. I found out what the issue was (the flex cable was damaged). To my surprise amazon sold the part I needed to repair it! This part was NOT $200 it was $9!!! I ordered the part and repaired my computer. Im dissatisfied with the insane inflated price tag of the part. Who marks up a part for a laptop over $180??!! Its ridiculous! I don't trust them and don't recommend them to anyone. Stay away! You will be over charged and blamed for them accidentally damaging your computer in the process of them repairing it. read more

My mother had dropped my computer and my screen basically broke. So, I brought it in for him to fix. On the paper that you fill out explaining your computer issues, I wrote down at the screen was messed up as well as the computer was extremely slow even when starting up. They called me a couple days later to let me know that they have to order a new screen, which I believe he said was $80 or $85, plus the $70 for labor. Okay cool. Well, when they called me a day or two later to pick it up, I was told that for them to even LOOK to see what was causing it to act slow would be another $70. That doesn't even include what he would have to do to fix said problem. So, I opted out because I wasn't going to pay that much extra for a problem that I had already brought it in for. When my sister picked it up for me a week later when I had the money, I turned it on and it still has a broken pixel on the corner. Normally I wouldn't care, however I spent over $150 to fix this. So, I called again and was informed that it was basically a superficial issue with the screen and there was nothing he could do about it. So, all in all, he does all right work for the most part, but I'd only recommend if you have a few bucks in your pocket. read more

(This move has been a stressful one for me.) They called to confirm the night before, and on the morning of, my two gents (shout out to Ross and CJ!) showed up 30 mins early. EARLY! That's unheard of in this day and age. I was impressed!!!! It took these two about 3hrs to unload our 16ft POD. I wasn't aware, but they do a 10% military discount. (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept. (Thanks Ken for being an amazing owner that allows that!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS for your moving needs.
