This beer had a slick, buttered popcorn jelly belly finish, rather than a crisp, mild hoppy bite. Maybe their ales are better than there lagers, but I didn't want to send back yet another beer. We then asked her if she had any evidence such as video footage and she said she did not have any access to that and she did not have footage. The manager just asked if we were from the Bay and shook our hands instead of actually doing anything about the situation. We got the white vermouth (recipe in-house), red vermouth, one of their red wines, and a custom drink. All fabulous! Service was great, and we WILL be coming back!
