The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. When we checked out we found out that the $10 coupon was good as long as we spent more than $100 and only if we ordered online. I wanted 8 shirts, and they only had seven in stock. We had to stop the checkout process and then go through the process of ordering everything online for delivery. Quite inflexible. I wanted to try a couple of the shirts to make sure they fit. I have trouble with one of my arms and have a very hard time taking a t-shirt on and off so my husband was going to come into the try on cubicle with me, but we were told only one person was allowed. It's causal to designer level clothing and while items may be half their normal value so items range from $100 to $1000 dollars and up including jackets, coats, pants, bags and shirts. You can still sign up to save an extra 10% as well as enjoy in person and online deals. The service is super solid and warm, personable fashionistas of all genders holding it down at this used/vintage and consignment store, one of many worldwide. You can resell items as I've been lucky enough to do this with a couple personally although the vetting process is extensive for sure. They want high quality vintage rather than actual vintage and depending on the label they'll markup quit a bit. No security in the store, which I had gotten used to as they were always friendly and greeted you when you walked in and had a strict bag policy for leaving items with them. This leaves the job of lost prevention to the employees who don't even start off at more than $19 an hour... Common issue in retail and service industry roles. I came across a few items I really liked but the price tag was enough to cover rent so hard pass there. Just doesn't seem justifiable even if the tops was cute or the jeans were a 10/10. They will go over them, and what sells, or what not, you need to go pick them up before their closing time. They have many different types of items from: belts, hats, benies, sun glasses, sweaters, shirts, blouses, shoes/boots, purses, scarfs, jackets, slippers, and more. Didn't see any kitchen appliance nor any toys. I saw few items that interested me. Didn't need them, but since they were half off, decided to buy them. They have 3 dressing rooms, and Kylie, let me try them on. Got myself a nice short sleeve blouse, (brown color), a nice long sleeve mustard color Jacket that has a zipper in the front-- along with a nice fuzzy fur on the top, and the bottom part of the sleeves. I believe the owner is Mandie and she was super sweet and had great energy when my bf and I dropped by! We managed to pull a Rare (Mizora) and a Rare (Halsin) which was really cool from just buying two packs. They have other cool merch like pokemon, final fantasy, dnd, and even some anime stuff.
