She immediately looked at my bank statement, took the chain back without hesitation, and processed a credit to my card on the spot. I had to go for it and make a purchase. This is a big Ross. 2 levels. Mens department along with other stuff are on the 2nd floor, women's are on the 1st floor. They also have an elevator inside the store which is a HUGE plus for many people.Store was clean and well organized. I saw a few items that caught my eye. Got an LED Candle set, 4 blouses, 2 frames 4x6 each one was $1.00, 2 sprays Yankee brand, pink sand scent, summer open toe slippers & a small travel pack pillow cases which came in 2. I was very content & happy with my purchases and the total came out to around $50 plus tax. Check out process was fast and quick. They had 3 registers open and everyone was doing what they were supposed to do. Big Parking space shared with few other businesses. I love how they are open super late.

There were fans running, but they were clearly not enough to make the environment bearable, especially with the temperature outside being around 100°F. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for the employees who have to work full shifts in these conditions. This is not only uncomfortable for customers but also unfair to the staff. We stayed for only about 5 minutes and had to leave, even though we came specifically to buy a bag and a dress. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves the store's cooling system for both customers and employees.

The mall is a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. Yes, I agree with some of the Yelpers that the foot traffic has diminished a little bit. That also depends what day and time of the week you go there. Uh what?! Just WOW. I'm blown away that this woman is employed with such a BAD attitude. I shop at Marshall's a lot and I'm scared to go back to the store now. Might have to take my money elsewhere.
