I was happy with his overall service and pricing with these jobs....unfortunately I referred him to 3 neighbors that had some fencing come down and he did not show up for several weeks and the work was shoddy (Posts not plumb/lined up....concrete pours were shallow or holes not dug deep enough on several posts)....he gave countless excuses and all I asked of him was to do what was right or be honest.....from our perspective he was doing neither....claimed he would show up several times to discuss the concerns and he never did.....the neighbors asked him for a refund based on the work conducted and/or to give them the materials purchased so they could do it themselves or hire a new fence company......Rich never showed up and promised me he would do the right thing but never did.......Rich, there is always time to reconcile and do the right thing....I cannot leave you more than a 1-star review until you are willing to step up and correct what happened here.

He used great paint, applied it evenly with a sprayer, and covered all the area (including hard to reach areas such as the back side of a fence with little room to move). Gary was responsive to my initial inquiry, his bid was in-line with highly rated competitors, and he was able to fit me into his schedule. Gary helped me understand the ins and outs of how the job would need to be prepped (e.g., stain blocking primer applied in areas where the old paint had worn off due to water damage). I did the prep work myself (I had already pressure washed the area and applying the primer only required a paint brush). Gary provided a helpful bid on the prep work as well, in case I chose not to do it myself. Additional Note: Gary also let me know after the job, "I have expanded the business to include installation of small woodworking projects (baseboard, crown molding, etc.) and all manner of home improvement, if I can't do it, I probably know someone who does."

I received a call from Brad within that timeframe and we scheduled a time for him to come out and take a look at the issue. He was able to immediately identify where the issue was and provided an estimate. We scheduled a time for the repair and after the materials came in he showed up on time with a small crew. They knocked out the repair in far less time than I imagined they would, cleaned up after themselves, and thanked me. As an aside, the crew accidentally left a speed square on location, so I called Brad and let him know. He offered to come get it, but I was out and about and offered to deliver it to him. We had a top notch experience for responsiveness, thoroughness and timeliness of the work done. We are grateful to have been introduced to this business by our realtor given we didn't know a roofer to call to follow up on a couple of minor things that came up in an inspection report. My husband's call to Chad resulted in Levi coming out in only two days time and exactly in the appointment window promised. Levi walked the roof to verify and clarify the findings, Chad provided a written description of and estimate for the work to be done - including a one year workmanship warranty - and Levi returned to do the work two days later, again exactly in the time frame promised.
