She was absolutely right! The space itself is relaxing and elegant, with some perfect quirky touches. Kiddo decided on a massage, their first ever, and Morgan did an amazing job connecting with and treating them as the customer while still checking in with me. Guess they didn't take me serious about asking for the same level of stylist. I didn't ask for someone cheap. The haircut I received was NOTHING like the initial photo grouping that I had asked for. She took over a foot off of the back of my head and now it feels like I have a bald area in the back. I can't get it fixed because the top layers are so short they almost touch the top of my ears. Mind you my hair was past my cleavage. The sides don't match in length or thickness. It looks like I have the Kate plus eight haircut with a mullet length attached on the bottom. Almost like the jellyfish hair. If don't style my hair at all and it looks like shit. I even mentioned that I air dry and I like having my hair up. I can't have all of my hair up anymore. I can't air dry anymore. I wish I had never even saw this place. I can't even fix it for at least few months now and I'm supposed to get married in less than a year....

I was a bit confused because they are the ones who messed up on my nail and I have to pay for you to fix the other nail? Didn't make sense. Eventually she found the yellow that matched my thumb and she fixed it. So far so good I like to say overall I just don't like the service and the one messed up thumb. I also ended up getting a pedicure and they did pretty good. What I recommend? Yes. Would I pay Close attention to the work? Yes.

Lisa told me that an appointment would have to be made in order for me to be seen, but I explained my situation to her and she was nice enough to fit me in. I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in the door! Lisa's customer service is awesome and her work is impeccable! I originally was there for tinting, but she was done so fast that she had time to do my lashes before her next client arrived. Additionally, the nail tech kept looking at her phone and complaining that the day was going slowly. Usually a gel manicure last three weeks. This one started chipping within the first week. The pedicure was ok, but the massage was left off my feet. My legs were weakly gone over with the stones...would not qualify as massage. My first two visits to this salon for manicures were great. After this third time, I'm finding a new nail salon that treats me as a valued client.
