I have been putting off getting our winter jackets cleaned for far too long. When I searched for Dry Cleaners on Yelp, Wayne's showed up and was highly rated. I wanted to be careful because 2 of our jackets are Canadian Goose so we did not want them to be ruined by carelessness. I took off on a Friday from work and decided to run several errands. Since this place was on my way to other places and closest to home, I stopped here first. It was afternoon time but this place had three cars in the drive thru and 2 other cars parked in the lot. I chose to park and go inside since these jackets were a lot to shove through my car window and a drive thru window. I was greeted immediately upon walking in and was informed they would assist shortly. Only after a couple of minutes after arriving, I was offered assistance. I said I needed jackets to be dry cleaned, to which the staff member inquired when I would need them by. I did not need them until the 2nd week of December but he informed me the jackets would be ready within the same week! He gathered my information and said I will receive a call when my items were ready. I did receive a ticket when he was done, which matched the ticket # on the text I received when the jackets were ready to be picked up. Everything was clean but the feathers inside the jackets were clumpy in some areas, with other areas of the jackets bare. I wish they could have evened them out a little but not the worst thing. Oh and the total price for the three jackets was $36! My husband and I were expecting to pay a lot more, maybe because we are originally from way up north. We will definitely be using this place in the future.

I ask the laundry attendant to turn the air on and he said he couldn't do it because the owner has a certain time he wants it off. Ridiculous. People allow their kids to run wild, climb in carts, yell into a big fan, bang into others and get into dryers. Again the laundry attendant isnt allowed to say anything to the people. All he can ask is for the kids to.not climb on tables, carts or machines. Then I notice they are hiring so I ask about the position and he said I'm not sure if they still need someone but come during the day and speak with the owner. I then asked what they pay. He said he works 6 days a week 54 hours. He gets 300 for 5 days and the 6th day he gets 8 bucks an hour total 376....376 for 54 hours that's 6.96 an hour. Slave wages. All other laundry mats start attendants at 10 an hour 35 to 40 hours a week with every other weekend off. That poor man is being ripped off. I have intentions on going back. Not the way kids run around, how hot it is inside, dryers going no air just doors open with a few fans. Most fans are broken. A lot of machines are out of order. I will drive another mile or two and go to spin city or senior bubbles. Who ever the owner is should be ashamed of himself. Not paying employees a decent wage, having fire ants everywhere, not enough fans on, no air on after 8pm. I really think the county or state should look Into this establishment. I'm going to call around tomorrow and see if something can be done. I gave them 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. Go else where!!!!!!

She actually tells you not to walk on the floor. I am disabled and this makes it hard when she does this and you can't get to the washer!
