They charged me $53.07 which sounds outrageous but I needed them for my trip. The hem lasted a couple weeks. I brought them back in today thinking they would just fix their work. Seemed obvious. They actually told me it wasn't their thread and they didn't do it. The lady actually said she didn't recognize my face and I had never been there. I told her it was the first time I had been there so not surprised she didn't remember me. I showed them my credit card receipt with the date and the charge. They still said it wasn't their charge. The lady said she would re-do it at a discounted price. I said you can't be serious. They continued to speak in Chinese about the situation to which I had no idea what they were saying since I don't speak Chinese and which is also EXTREMELY RUDE! I took my jeans and left promising this review and now delivering.

I told her I wanted to pre-pay in order to send someone to pick it up and she wanted to charge $140 for hemming a $100 dress. I told her it was outrageous and she lowered it to $120, but it had to be cash. I didn't carry that amount with me so I offered check and she charged and additional $7 "for taxes". What a ripoff! I felt completely taken advantage of and scammed! I was overcharged because I was wearing scrubs and drove a nice car. This should not happen nowadays. I paid it and I will never return and will never recommend her.
