They designed and developed a content management system (CMS) for us using Umbraco, a CMS on the dot.net platform. When we first engaged HyperArts, there was only a single Department of Surgery website, a collage of disconnected individual pages. Our goal was to replace this with a vibrant web presence, user-friendly interface, professional look and feel, with well-organized and compelling content. We feel we have developed an organic system for expanding content over the web, one that is easily customizable, upgradeable, highly extensible, and scalable. We have built over 50 websites, starting with our flagship site http://surgery.ucsf.edu/ . A number of our large departments at UCSF have also expressed interest to me in using HyperArts, based on what they did our department. HyperArts has developed numerous applications for our sites, many mission-critical, including: 1. Request an Appointment - http://top.ucsf.edu/patient-center/request-an-appointment.aspx that has generated over 2,000 appointments in a 1 1/2 years. 2. A database to track all aspects of the appointments including service levels and doctor referrals. 3. A rich faculty biography - http://transplant.surgery.ucsf.edu/faculty/transplant-surgeons/peter-g-stock,-md,-phd.aspx 4. A system for presenting Conditions & Procedures our surgeons. http://transplant.surgery.ucsf.edu/conditions--procedures/hepatocellular-carcinoma-(liver-cancer).aspx 5. A centralized news feed that spans all of our sites: http://transplant.surgery.ucsf.edu/news--events.aspx In short, HyperArts has done an outstanding job in fulfilling our online development needs and giving us a great web presence.

They offer a full range of services, all backed with a highly efficient organization for tracking customers' needs and staff who are always available, patient, and ready to assist. The staff took me through every step and worked with me until I got the process working for myself. The owner, David Daniels, has lived in the area all his life and comes from a family that had a successful local business, so T324, even though it is a tech company, has the flavor of a neighborhood/community oriented company. Kristin set up a phone appointment with me right away and gave me very helpful input over the phone. We have a very small business and she suggested that we consider the DIY Website Weekend. I couldn't be happier that I decided to do just that. For a fraction of what we would have paid a designer we got a website that wildly exceeded every expectation and hope I had. Not only that, I am now fully educated and empowered to continue to maintain all aspects of my own website without needing to rely on a third party. Kristin and the teaching assistants did an amazing job with running this class. I came in very prepared with my content, thanks to Kristin's great advice and prep worksheets. And over the course of one weekend my website was nearly ready to launch. Within 48 hours of leaving the class on Sunday, after I made some more tweaks and edits from home, my website was live. And we immediately saw an uptick in contacts! The team leading this class had expertise in all aspects of the website- from coding to appearance. They had helpful suggestions and my site looks more polished and is easier to navigate than when we paid a professional 5 times as much (and spent 6 months going back and forth before launch) in 2014. And everyone at Mighty Minnow was a delight to meet and work with. Plus their offices are lovely and inviting. I would recommend this course to ANYONE in need of a website for personal, small business or non-profit reasons. Could not be happier with the results!!!
