My girlfriends and I came in for lunch and were extremely disappointed. Service was slow and disjointed. One person was wiping menus while we sat and waited for water and basic pleasantries. The other guy seemed to be running the whole place meaning we did not receive good service. No refills on drinks, no plate clearing. We had to get up and get our to go boxes. Then we had to stand at the podium to ask for our checks. The food was average at best and very small portions of protein. I paid 25 for polla ala crema and it had 2-3 ounces of chicken, at most, on it. The waiter took our orders (5 of us) without writing anything down. And of course, as you would expect, he forgot several things. Lastly, it was sooo cold in the restaurant we all had to go get heavy coats out of the car. They had little space heaters going in some areas of the restaurant but it felt like it was 50 degrees in there. Keep on driving. To Belfair, to Shelton, to Union, anywhere but here. read more

A MUST VISIT FOR DINNER if you're staying near Hood Canal or at Alderbrook! If the weather allows, sit outside and enjoy the breeze and water views. Family vibe + cooking. The food portions are huge and filling (and came out quickly). Margs are bowl-sized and strong Love the traditional painted booths! The servers are particularly fun - you can tell they enjoy their jobs AND have been there for a long time. Walking in, we were greeted by professional and caring hosts - then later, 2 of the male servers were chatty with my husband and I as they closed up. Only upgrade notes for 2 Margaritas - Dude. You are one of just 2 reputable dinner spots in town. Perhaps new outdoor patio tables (ours was a bit wobbly and uneven, not as nice as the indoor ones). Secondly I would renovate your opening lobby. There is nowhere to sit and no space to marvel at the restaurant to the left and right. Maybe a stand where you showcase your tortilla chips made by hand? Some cultural art or historical information about the restaurant? This would take it to the next level. I just left here. Terribly innatentive server. It was just me and another in there. He kept talking away and barely checked in on me. Chamging the music. Was joking around with colleagues. Keep in mind the location, limited restaurant options, and outdoor seating make this restaurant very popular in the summer. It is hard to find parking on a weekend. We prefer to go when it is less busy and outdoor seating is available. The view is amazing. The food is good Mexican-American food. It is not authentic Mexican food so don't expect that and you won't be disappointed. Our dishes have always been delivered fast, with large portions and tasty food. The drinks are also huge, made quickly and taste great. The staff are so friendly, funny and happy to help. read more

Delicious food. Quick service. Wonderful service. Not too crowded for a small place, though we went on a Wednesday. Loved the outdoor seating on the water, but it was a bit chilly so we sat inside. Very loud inside for how small the restaurant is. Could use a slight revamp, was still adorable, but seemed a little run down. Didn't matter much, because the food and drinks were incredible! My only sad face is that I wish they had the pricing for their drinks on the menu. It's a fair strategic move for the business for sure, but I would have reconsidered our drinks a bit more if I would've known the pricing. Still would recommend. Very busy on a Friday night. Wonderful service and food I one and a half-year-old ate 7 of the fajita shrimp. Flavorful without being spicy. Lots of wonderful grilled veggies. The plate of beans, rice and fajita toppings were generous. Margaritas were fantastic. Good tasting and strong. Friendly faces all around. The high chairs are pretty tall, sits above the table if you're planning on your little one to eat off of a plate stuck to the table. read more

We are fr om Dallas where Tex-Mex reigns supreme so we approach Mexican restaurants with a discerning eye. We saw 2 Margaritas along the road and the reviews were good, so off we went for dinner. I liked the family feel where everyone seemed happy work there and a lot of people knew each other. The service was fast and efficient. Our experience did not match other reviews that said service was bad. Our overall experience was excellent. We were seated promptly and our drink order taken. The margaritas are a bit different than in Dallas but that is not to say that they are bad. Just a bit different. The menu is quite extensive so it was hard to choose. In the end we went with shrimp fajitas because we wanted seafood. The shrimp were obviously fresh, not frozen, and tasted wonderfully sweet. The portion was generous. The veggies in the fajita platter included lots of red pepper which I love. The tortillas were hot and fresh. Rice and beans were good, as was the guac and pico. There was not much of a gap between 2 Margaritas and what we get in Dallas, so were happy and left stuffed. I would definitely recommend and we might even return before we leave. read more

I live in Union so I eat here fairly regularly. The food and drinks are good and the staff is really great. They have a large outside patio area for dining on the water too. The real stars of the show here though are Arturo and Norma that run the place. They are really awesome people and they make you want to keep coming back! Just awesome people. read more

Service can't get any better but the portions from the last visit was 40% less than the last 20 times dinning in.

This trip we went here twice in the same day! Had a late lunch of Shrimp Salad, which they describe as like Caesar, but it was so much better! Perfectly cooked and spiced shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, and black beans, all in a delicious dressing. We had planned to split it, and I don't know that one person could finish it, it was so large! Wish I had thought to take a picture, because it was beautiful! As was the view of the water outside. We decided to go back for our late dinner, and this time the regular margarita - they call it something else - was really good! Fresh citrus taste, not sweet. We also had our previous favorites, Chile Rellenos, and "Real crab" enchiladas, with rancho beans. So good! And we have half for lunch tomorrow. Service is always great. read more

We ordered food to go on a recent trip to Alderbrook and 2 Margaritas was the only restaurant open in the area. We walked in and was greeted by a young lady who was friendly and welcoming. We ordered a Combo Fajita and Camarones ala Crema and Sopapillos for dessert. Food was ready within 15 minutes. Food was still hot when we drove back to the resort and both entrees were good portion sizes and delicious. The camarones cream sauce was just right (some restaurants have that sour taste). The sopapillos were nicely fried and dusted with sugar and honey. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return. read more

What a wonderful first experience!! It was my husband's 73rd birthday and our family celebrated last Monday. (Oct 2nd) The wait staff was warm, welcoming, and patient in explaining the menu. Sooo attentive and kind. The food. Ohhhhh my!! EVERYTHING and I do mean EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!! I managed to get a few pics before everyone started tucking into super fresh, homemade entrees. Everything was hot served with smiles and just wonderful. When we finished our meal out came the staff to sing happy birthday to my husband and put the biggest pink sombrero on as they sang. Accompanied with this fun was a plate of warm churros served with whipped cream!! TO DIE FOR!! You made our evening soooo enjoyable I cannot thank you enough! I cannot recommend this establishment enough. It's right on the water with wonderful views, a beautiful staff and delicious food. This is a new regular for us. So happy to find you!! I read the poor reviews so wasn't expecting anything when we came here... my daughter wanted carnitas so we came here.. as such didn't take any photos 1- carnitas very very good. Juicy with some nice crispy pieces 2- shrill tacos - great chipotle salsa with perfect shrimp 3- crab enchiladas were so so. This place has phenomenal Mexican food and an amazing festive family environment. We were just looking for a nice place to have dinner while vacationing in the Olympic Peninsula and discovered this gem. First of all, the service is spectacular. You couldn't ask for a more engaging and friendly group of waitstaff. Second, the food was phenomenal and priced very reasonably with excellent portions. Finally, I ordered a jalapeño margarita. When I took my first sip I could barely handle how spicy it was. I mentioned it to our waitress and she kindly offered more of the margarita mix and ice to dilute it. First off, I want to say the food here was pretty good, but the service on the other hand was HORRIBLE. (which is why I gave them two stars). There aren't too many restaurant options in Union which is why I think they can get away with having terrible service. We brought out dog along and asked if we could sit on their patio (has a water view) but they said dogs are not allowed there but we could sit in their beer garden which is on the other side of the restaurant and we had to walk around through the closed gate. Literally every step of being at the restaurant we had to wait or ask for something. When we self seated ourselves at the beer garden. We waited and no one came out to check on us or give us menus and water (there were already two other tables out there before we arrived). We had to go in and ask for menus. When the servers came out for the other tables, we had to ask for menus again and someone finally brought us some drinks with chips and salsa, but no menus. We probably had to ask for menus three different times before we got menus! After we ordered, we probably had to wait 30-40 minutes for our food to come out. And this was after I went in asking where our food was and a lady said they're just super busy right now. When our food FINALLY came out, it looked like it was just sitting under the warmer for a while and they had forgot to bring it out to us. Right after we got our food we immediately asked for the check because we knew it would take forever to get that as well. If you are craving mexican food and you are in the area, and you are okay waiting a LONG time for food and service, this could be a good option. But I would check elsewhere first. read more

I ordered veggie fajitas & was given re heated frozen vegetables that were asian style ... broccoli, circle crinkle cut carrots, and a few pieces of fresh onion. super disappointing. was hopeful for a medley of bell peppers & onions to compliment my pinto beans and rice. the pinto beans were submerged in liquid from the can the restaurant bought them in, barely warm. the best part was the free salsa that came with the chips. they need to set up their veggie fajitas, cactus would be amazing ! also the corn cake dessert was disgusting don't order that. read more

The four of us had an excellent meal here. The service was excellent and prompt aside from a minor error with a drink order. After a shared appetizer of very good chicken nachos my mixed fajitas plate arrived sizzling hot. Everyone's portions were generous. My fajitas were fantastic with a generous portion of beef, chicken and shrimp, a medley of grilled peppers and onions, and all the sides. A great Mexican restaurant that I will return to. read more

Yum! Very nice. We were driving around Hood Canal (because it was too hot) and we stopped in for lunch. Everything was tasty. The sauce for the coconut shrimp is sweet and hot. The bean dip and salsa are great. The chile rellano was great. A _little_ too much salt in the chile verde, but not really a complaint. I only wish they were closer to home (SIlverdale). read more

Two Margaritas has friendly, attentive staff, great diversity of drinks in their bar, delicious salsa AND beans with your chips when you sit down, and something tasty for the whole family. It boasts not one but TWO patios (one with a fire pit and one looking at the docks and water). Their food is authentic and delicious. My wife and I love to come out here at least once a month! The food was great but on this night, the service was lacking. We were seated outside (as requested) right away and chips and salsa came immediately but it took a long while to take our drink orders. Chips came with salsa, mushrooms and onions and bean dip. We were finished the chips and well through our drinks before they took our orders for dinner. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and it was delicious. The seafood special had lots of shrimp and scallops and was enough for two people. After we finished our dinner, we put on our masks and watched as the two other remaining couples on the patio got their checks and paid their bills but our check had still not come. It took over 20 minutes to get our check and pay our bill, even though we were the only ones left outside. read more
