I asked the waiter if the jalapeños were pickled or raw, and he adamantly said they were raw. They most certainly were not. I'm not sure they were pickled, but they were not raw. I was disappointed, because for my taste, a raw jalapeño is a fine complement to a burger, but a pickled one (and whatever these were) really do not. It was still a decent burger. The elote pasta was also pretty good. Nothing to get overly excited about, but I'll say that the description of them was quite a bit better than they turned out to be. The service was quite slow considering how empty the place was. Maybe they sent some staff home. I wasn't in any hurry, but I'm just relating that there was certainly no shortage of waiting on the waiter. All in all, a decent experience, but I wouldn't care to return.

There is a large gift shop here that we spent quite a bit of time at. We got two of their beverages and enjoyed them fairly well. One was the Gin and Tonic and the other was a Moscow Mule. There were certainly other choices available but those sounded like what we wanted most. The Moscow Mule was my favorite but I have developed a recent fondness for this kind of cocktail and do there wasn't too much pondering involved as to what I liked best. Master distiller, Aaron Kleinhelter, hails from Kentucky so you know it's going to be good. Highly recommend starting off with a whiskey flight.
