The jury is still out on this place. Check engine light was on…read more.. It's a loose hose, we'll put a new one on and you're good to go. New hose installed. Paid the invoice. Three days later, CEL back on. Set an appointment to return. Smoked the system and found a leak in a solenoid. Replaced the solenoid, paid the invoice (minus the fees of the 1st visit) and went on my way. 2 days later (today), CEL back on! Stay tuned.

My vehicle sat there for 48 hours with no real resolution. After picking it up, I took it to different delearship the same day, and the difference was night and day. They diagnosed the issue the very same day, confirmed it was related to the recall, and even arranged a rental vehicle for me without all the unnecessary runaround. As a disabled veteran, I expected to be treated with a little more consideration and respect. Instead, I felt dismissed, missed appointments and inconvenienced. No customer should have to waste two days without answers only to find another dealership that resolves the issue in a matter of hours. To make matters worse, the recall ultimately failed and confirmed that my Tahoe needs a complete engine replacement. Had my concerns been taken seriously from the beginning, valuable time could have been saved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Master Chevrolet. Customer service, communication, and willingness to stand behind GM recalls need significant improvement

Let's get this out of the way: I'm not negative about every place I visit. I'm just highly allergic…read moreto nonsense, and unfortunately, I seem to encounter it more than most. I tell the truth without sprinkles, and if that makes some people--especially certain women--dislike me, so be it. My husband and my dogs adore me, and that's enough. Back in May, I went to this dealership, test drove a car, and showed mild interest. Before I could even sleep on it, they hit me with, "We need a $500 deposit right now or it's gone." I wanted to wait until the next day--I had just sold my brand-new 2025 Kia K4 GT to another dealership and was waiting on my check. But no, they wanted their money immediately. Life got busy, I never went back, and that $500 vanished into the dealership black hole. Until today. I open my mail and there it is--my refund check. Dated May 16, 2025. Received August 15, 2025. Three months for a piece of paper. The Pony Express would've laughed. The salesperson? Nice guy. Polite. No shade there. But the rest of this place? Needs a full tear-down and rebuild. You've got the money, the inventory, and the location. Now earn the right to keep them.

I received the first acknowledgement message at 3:05 and the next text at 4:17. I reviewed the text message but wasn't able to approve the service on the screen. When I checked with the service rep the desk, I was told it was just 2 recommendations. Okay, it was only going to be an oil change. I returned to the lounge to wait. I saw people come and go as I waited. Finally, at 5:54 the service rep came to let me know the truck was ready. He gave me the fob and said the paperwork would be forwarded to me later. He told me my vehicle was on the side. When I walked out, I saw other cars that were parked for service pickup, however my vehicle was parked at the end of the back of the building, not in a parking space. I don't know what they did besides the initial inspection. I have no paperwork. I have no additional documentation. All I have to show for yesterday's scheduled service is almost 3 hours of being ignored.

My family has purchased several vehicles from this location because we had had good experiences in…read morethe past, but we will no longer be doing business with them after our last experience. This location has unfortunately been going downhill within the past few years. We took one of our cars to be serviced and were told we couldn't get an appointment until months out. By the time we got the appointment our car had to be towed to the location. I called the front desk person before the vehicle was to picked up and after it had been dropped off. I also made sure to give all the detailed information I thought they would need. A month goes by and I don't hear back from them, so I call for updates on the repairs only to be told they "lost my car." Apparently for a whole month they had "misplaced" the car and had not worked on it since. We never got an apology or proper explanation regarding the situation. I had to ask to speak to the manager, (something I don't normally do), about this pretty serious situation to prevent it from happening to others. I expressed my concern to the manager and overall his response was deflecting, defensive, and he pretty much just blamed the towing company without taking accountability. Additionally, the front desk representative always seemed lost/confused and would give misinformation every time I called as if she didn't really know what was going on, so it was very difficult to get any type of updates. We ended up picking the car back up and declining to get it serviced after the whole ordeal. We never got an apology and still had to pay a fee in order for the car to be released. They also seem to be understaffed and perhaps that is the reason for the lack of organization.
