It was Taco Tuesday ($2.50 tacos), so I think every local schooner in Madison was there for dinner. Apparently a bunch of restaurants in town are closed on Tuesdays, but OBT is not one of them. The walls are rough wood with customer chalk graffiti all over it and floors have quarters glued to the floor. Beer and shots are reasonably priced. The most expensive shot is 5 bucks. Lots of choices from creole-inspired appetizers to salads, steaks, seafood, and pastas. I ordered the Caesar salad and seared halibut, which were both out of this world. For the quality of the food and the level of customer service (our server Samantha was excellent), RoM is very well priced... While it wasn't cheap, this fine meal was worth every penny ($60 w/ tip for dinner).
