It was late, we were hungry, so we figured why not? We got the jalapeño poppers with cream cheese, mozzarella sticks, 5 pc. Fried chicken, cheeseburger (one supreme, one regular), and the chicken strips. Everything was good, but most of it did have some spice to it. Just be aware of this if anyone is sensitive to spicy food. First, the food arrived HOT! This is awesome. If you've ever ordered delivery you know that most times it arrives warm. The best thing, hands down, was the fried chicken. It was delicious, everyone in the family agreed! The reason I took a star off, we did not get the small drinks that were supposed to be included in the meals. Overall a good experience and will keep in mind for future "need to eat, too lazy to cook" nights.

I would like to recognize Rich's Auto Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana…read more On Friday my transmission failed on the way back to Canada. By sheer luck we ended up at Rich's Auto Center. Both Nick & Will treated us with the upmost respect and courtesy. While we figured out the course we wanted too take Nick & Will were totally supportive. In the end we ended up having Rich's Auto Center replace our transmission and do a few other repairs. With their full schedule I do know how they did it but by end of day Tuesday we had our vehicle back and in full working condition. I cannot say enough good things about Nick & Will

In those twenty years, we have never been disappointed in quality, value, personnel, convenience, communication, choices, recommendations...on and on...we really cannot say enough good about Rich's. Of course, we sometimes think the repair is expensive - then, we realize we have never been disappointed. Quality does not cost, it pays. Wally and Phyllis Hull

I left feeling like a life long customer and this was the first time I had purchased from them. Their staff was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and welcoming. They immediately made us feel like family. I had found a beautiful used H-D posted on their website. I inquired on it with the sales staff. They took the time to send very detailed photos along with copies of the service work that had been done. After speaking with Rusty I felt comfortable sending a considerable deposit to secure the purchase. Rusty had stated that Ehlerding's had been in business in the Ft. Wayne area for many decades and had established a very solid reputation. When I arrived from Alaska to take delivery of my H-D I was not disappointed. It was exactly as described. Job well done!

Chain of events: Our office tagged a car for expired tags, tow guy came, resident came out and showed all paperwork as well as the temp tag (in window). Tow guy refused to drop the car. insisted on $100 cash! As a company we tried to pay the bill. Wouldn't take our over the phone payment or an e-check. Also kept changing the amount, not by the day, BY THE HOUR!! I was originally told $425.00, then 1 hour later the charge was $465.00. Hopefully they won't change it in the next hour before someone can get there. We tried to reach Managers, kept getting hung up on or placed on hold. Was finally able to reach a Mark (said he was a manager), he hung up 3 times, tried other numbers, finally got an Ashley (said she was a manager) she was a bit more helpful but refused to allow me to speak to the Owner. If you pride yourself on being a small business and being locally owned, the Owner should at the very least reach back out. DO NOT USE!! They are scamming!!
