The driver was very polite as he basically told me to F Off. I wanted the driveshaft pulled on my commercial truck and the driver wanted to pull the axel. Every other driver has pulled the driveshaft on this truck. It's simple to pull the axle and you don't have to crawl under the truck. The driver told me he would only tow it by pulling the axel and he would t pull the driveshaft. As I called dispatch, the driver started setting the truck back on the ground. He had pulled one of the rear tires onto a wood block, crushing it nearly to the rim because the truck was loaded. He didn't see any issues with causing that much stress to a drive tire. Dispatch sided with the driver and I told them to close my account. In the past I have had extremely long wait times, poor communication, and argumentative management. On the same note, I have had drivers who have gone above and beyond as well. But the company as a whole is not good.
