Awful customer service, guy that answered phone very rude. Person at counter was swearing at customers. Cars were illegally towed from lot that was incorrectly posted by Florida State Statue. We couldn't even see the sign where we pulled in due to branches covering sign and the signs were not the proper height or distance from curb. When they towed one of the cars they damaged the car. read more

The idiot who answers the phones won't give you the time of day or let you get a sentence out before they hang up the phone. We asked if they could unlock a car and he immediately hung up the phone and wouldn't answer any further calls on my phone or my boyfriends phone. His service doesn't even deserve a star. I felt discriminated on based on my race or gender (woman). He did not want to help me this morning. He arrived and was just supposed to jump start my car; he hooked the jump box up and told me to try it, didn't work, told me close the door and try it still click click. 'Your battery is too dead' he says and walks off; not saying or trying anything else. I called my 70 year old uncle whom came and hooked the cables up and it started. I pay for roadside assistance. He made me feel undeserving the way he dismissed me. he looked at me as if I was nothing and was gone before I was back in my home. Quick and prompt service. I had a tire go flat on my truck, and the spare was flat also. So i called them up, and they were there in roughly ten minutes. They had my spare filled up and on my truck within another ten minutes. The guy was awesome. read more

Damaged the front of my car during towing. Tried to call and the receptionist asked the same questions repeatedly after getting an answer from me. I told him to have someone else call me the next day because I was at work but he called 20 minutes later anyways. read more

Towing service picked me up pretty quickly, within 15 minutes of requesting, and the majority of the ride was fine. What I really didn't like was when the Tow Truck Driver, "Kurt," asked to take a picture with me because he and his coworker were having a contest of who could take a picture with the "most attractive girl" which was obviously declined. Manager cursed at me and refused to service me for no fault of my own. Got this tow company through my insurance provider, waited for almost two hours then noticed my roadside claim was marked as "completed." I called this tow company and the manager said that the company I wanted to be towed to could go fuck themselves and that they marked my service as complete because they did not want to tow there again. Extremely unprofessional manager was cursing left and right at me until I eventually hung up on him. This company left me stranded on the side of the road and wouldn't have even let me know had I not called them. This company does not care about its customers at ALL, only their own pride.
