All follow up communication for scheduling was also very prompt and provided helpful information. The representative with whom I spoke by phone was also great. Unfortunately, my family member's health declined before the scheduled service, so I was unable to experience their transportation. She just saw his picture ( Jonathan ) in an ad and knew he was BIG and muscular and that this might work out. I am a 6' 3" man and I couldn't walk. I was very sick from a spinal infection injury. I needed someone strong enough to transport me from the nursing home to the MRI Center. The MRI Center did not have the capability to assist with a patient my height and size. Jonathan Williams, the owner, actually physically lifted me up and carried me to the MRI table ! When I finally recovered from surgery months later, I called Johnathan to transport me home. I read many positive reviews then called. It was on a Sunday when my call was answered which says a lot. Many transportation companies are not open on Sundays. The person I talked to was exceptional. Talking to her made my decision to use RCT. The driver was professional and very nice picked us up on time in a beautiful van. It was clean and the long ride was very comfortable. I will definitely use Royalty Care Transportation again and recommend anyone else to use them too.
