The company had the appointment for an entire month scheduled on their books. The nursing home had my father dressed and waiting by the door and no one from the company would anewer or retur a call back. Several voicemails were left. I needed someone strong enough to transport me from the nursing home to the MRI Center. The MRI Center did not have the capability to assist with a patient my height and size. I read many positive reviews then called. It was on a Sunday when my call was answered which says a lot. Many transportation companies are not open on Sundays. The person I talked to was exceptional. Talking to her made my decision to use RCT. The driver was professional and very nice picked us up on time in a beautiful van. It was clean and the long ride was very comfortable. I will definitely use Royalty Care Transportation again and recommend anyone else to use them too.
