It is our privilege to recommend Sara McGann. From the moment we decided to buy our vacation home,…read moreshe engaged as if members of her family. She was tireless in helping with follow-on meetings, going above and beyond any realtor. At every step of the way, she kept us apprised of the market showing us many homes. Unlike other realtors we have worked with there was never any pressure or any other tactic to "convince" us about a home. It is rare when your realtor is focused on you and not their commission. Sara took as much interest in finding the right home as we did. She represented our interest as if it was her own. She is engaged, honest, and sincere in helping her client. Buying a home during the COVID-19 crisis, was a very stressful life event. Sara's calm absorbed a lot of that stress for us. It is the best real estate transaction experience we've ever had, and by far, she is the best we've had the pleasure of working together.

Out of all the real estate agencies and agents we have worked with throughout the years, I would have the say Story House and our realtor, Kristin Sorokti, far exceeded them all. Our out-of-state transaction was nothing short of flawless and stress-free. From the moment I "met" Kristin on Zoom from 1,000 miles away, I knew I had selected the right agency to work with. The questions Kristin asked, the time she took to get to know my husband and I before we ever stepped a foot in the state, the welcome packets provide by Story House all helped me to feel at ease with a long distance transaction. Once I arrived in Virginia and began the purchase process, Kristin's market and local area knowledge, combined with her team's clear, step-by-step process emails, made this experience a dream. If you're looking for a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic team that will be with you every step of the way, I would 10000% recommend working with Story House.
